Centre Manager: Candidate must have minimum 2 years experience of managing a computer training centre, preferably a Microsoft CTEC.

MCSE/ MCSD/ CCNA/ CCNP/ JAVA & OCP Trainers: candidates should possess the relevant certification, excellent communication skills and 2-5 years relevant experience.

Voice/ Accent Trainers: Minimum 2 years experience of training call centre agents in British and American accent. Ability to design and develop training modules for accent and soft skills.

SEO Specialist: Minimum 1 years experience of internet research. Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization & Link Exchange is preferred.
