COLT Technology Services India is a part of COLT Telecommunications plc, a leading pan-European provider of business communications services with over 10 years of growth. COLT India has been established as part of the COLT organisation to provide business and technical support services to COLT in Europe. We are now recruiting across a number of business disciplines for our newly established operations in Gurgaon (NCR), Delhi.

COLT India is looking to recruit talented, experienced individuals into a number of roles in the key areas of Network Engineering, Marketing Support Services, IT Secure Support Services, Finance and Service Delivery.

Bandwidth Delivery Engineer (P4-1)
A Graduate Engineer (preferably in "Electronics & Communication" Engineering) with minimum 1 year experience in the installation/ commissioning of SDH equipment (ideally Nortel or Marconi). The Engineer will be responsible for provisioning, configuration and testing of circuits over COLT's SDH Network, as part of Service Delivery. Must have good technical knowledge of SDH principles.

IP Service Management Centre Engineer (P1-1)
A Graduate Engineer with minimum of 1-2 ears experience in an ISP/Telecom environment. the candidate will be required to proactively monitor, identify and diagnose faults on COLT's managed customer networks. The job involves troubleshooting complex data solutions and managing faults through to clear resolution to meet stringent product SLAs. Knowledge of IP routing, VPN, Internetworking technologies, ATM, SDH, PDH, WDM.

Network Systems Engineer (P12-1)
A Graduate Engineer with 1-3 years of experience in a carrier, telco, ISP or large enterprise. The engineer will be responsible for architecting, developing, integrating, deploying and supporting solutions for data and network management (CiscoWorks, Huawei iManager), service provisioning (MetaSolv among others), user administration, authentication and authorization based on LDAP. Should have interest and sound knowledge on network management (TMN/MTNM, SNMP), security management, user administration, authentication (RADIUS, TACACS), UNIX, Software design methodologies and object orientation, web services (XML, SOAP, UDDI, JMS), networking including Ethernet & Transport/ Bandwidth Services, IP, MPLS, DSL, Secure & Managed CPEs.

IP Technical Administrator (P3-1)
A Graduate with minimum of 1 year technical administrate/co-ordination experience, preferably in an ISP/Telecom environment. The candidate will be responsible for the allocation of IP Addresses/ Router IDs, updating of the order handling system and the preparation of network diagrams. Good knowledge of MS Office is desirable.

IP Configuration Engineer (P3-2)
A Graduate Engineer with 1-4 years of experience in Telecom environment. The candidate would be responsible for the preparation, design, documentation and implementation of IP network configurations along with ATM PVCs. Candidate should have sound analytical and fault finding skills with a proven track record of configuration along with good knowledge of IP and data product suites. CCNA certification is mandatory.

IP Order Management Co-ordinator (P3-3)
A Graduate with minimum 1 year of administrative/ co-ordination experience, preferably in Telecom environment. The candidate will be responsible for facilitation of the successful delivery of IP and ATM networks for internal and external COLT customers. Basic knowledge of network designing, IP, MS Office, Visio and project co-ordination would be a distinct advantage.

Customer Service Executive (P5-1)
A Graduate with 1-5 years of experience. The candidate will be responsible for keying orders and customer information onto COLT's order handling systems and other databases as appropriate. This person will also provide an order receipt and management function in support of COLT's day to day business.

Principal Functional Analysts, Functional Analysts & Functional Support Analysts (Oracle Applications R 11i) (P8-1)
3 to 8 years of functional experience of Oracle Applications R 11i in Oracle Order Management, Oracle Fulfilment Manager or Oracle Manufacturing modules (INV, OM, OE, QOT, BOM, SFM). Configuration and set-up knowledge of Oracle Applications, Knowledge of Oracle Workflow, APIs, Flexfields and Alerts & Full Project Lifecycle using Oracle AIM or similar methodology.

webMethods Systems Integrators (P8-2)
Systems Integration (2B/EAI) Development/ Support experience, including exposure to tools such as webMethods, SeeBeyond, TIBCO, XML, database knowledge of SQL in an HP-UX, Linux, XP or NT environment & experience of networking at TCP/IP level, knowledge of either Oracle or Sybase.

Administrators - F&A Operations (CAO-1)
B.Com/ M.Com/ CA-Inter/ CWA-Inter with 2-4 years experience, preferably in a leading International BPO service provider or Indian/ MNC telecommunications company. Candidates with prior experience of processes such as Cash Application, Billing & Collections (Retail and Wholesale), Accounts Payable, Account Reconciliation, General Accounting, Project Accounting, Fixed Assets, etc. will be preferred.

Team Leaders - F&A Operations (CAO-2)
B.Com/ M.Com/ CA-Inter/ CWA-Inter with 3-6 years experience, preferably in a leading International BPO service provider or Indian/ MNC telecommunications company. Candidates with prior experience of processes such as Cash Application, Billing & Collections (Retail and Wholesale), Accounts Payable, Account Reconciliation, General Accounting, Project Accounting, Fixed Assets, etc. will be preferred. Green Belt training, Oracle 11i, UK/US GAAP or SOX 404 experience will be an added advantage.

Managers - F&A Operations (CAO-3)
Outstanding professionals with Finance background (CA/MBA) having 4-8 years work experience, preferably in a leading International BPO service provider or a leading Indian/ MNC telecommunications company. Candidates with prior experience of processes such as Quote To Cash, Procure To Pay, Account Reconciliation, General Accounting, Closing & Reporting etc. will be preferred. Green/Black Belt certification, Oracle 11i UK/US GAAP or SOX 404 experience will be an added advantage.

Manager Billing (CAO-B&C)
A professional with 6-8 years experience (minimum 3 years of telecom billing and revenue assurance) with an Indian/MNC telecom company or a leading international BPO. Currently managing large teams (30+) in Process/ Functional Manager capacity. Preferably with a Green/Black Belt certification.

Sales Commission Administrators (P2-1)
Finance graduates with 1-4 years experience of working in a sales function.

The administrators will be responsible for ensuring that the appropriate level of commission is granted to the 500+ Account Executives in Europe. You will work closely with the European Sales community to ensure that the appropriate account executives are setup in the commission systems, allocated the right targets, accounts and incentive attributes. They will be responsible for the input and update of revenues and for calculating the commission due to each account executive.

Manager Pricing Strategy and Policy (P9-1)
MBA/CA with 7-10 years of experience in a pricing role, ideally within the B2B market. The primary responsibility of this role is to develop the Pricing Strategy for COLT Group. This includes the correct positioning of Channels, Products and Customer Segments across Europe that maximises revenues and assists in delivering COLTs chosen strategy, as well as the formulation of pricing logic, rules and controls that support the delivery of the strategy.

Pricing Specialist (P9-2)
MBA with 3-6 years of experience, ideally within the B2B market. The prime role of the position is to provide central support and guidance to the network of local pricing managers, through performance reporting, financial modeling and maintenance of all price lists. The role is integral in maintaining and increasing revenue and profitability targets for all sales channels.

Product Manager (P9-3)
BE/MBA with 5-7 years of experience in the telecom industry with knowledge of relevant telecom products. The responsibility of the Product Manager is to ensure consistency of pricing and product related data in COLT's IT systems, support tools and reports, marketing collateral as well as internal and external product related communication. This will involve co-ordinating the collection and distribution of pricing and product information on behalf of Product Management for all COLT countries and functions, as well as the ongoing product standardization and support processes with the Product Development community.
