Senior Java Developer
Candidate must have worked as a Software Developer for a minimum of 3 years. Candidate must have strong experience in the fields of Java, J2EE (JSP, Servlets), XML (DOM, SAX), and SQL. Should also be proficient with the development of E-Commerce and Business Logic Applications. This is not an entry-level position and candidates with less than 3 years of experience in Java will not be considered.

PHP and JavaScript Developer
Candidate must have in depth JavaScript and DHTML knowledge and 2+ years experience (under Internet Explore and Netscape Navigator). Should be very skilled in development of PHP/ MySQL based applications.

Requirement Analyst
The candidate needs to be creative, innovative and have a keen eye for current software trends. The candidate must also be self driven, motivated and possess good leadership skills. You must be a graduate with atleast 2+ years experience in a similar field. A working knowledge of HTML and Dreamweaver is a great plus. You will be working with multiple Business Analysis Teams and will be responsible for reviewing and participating in market research in order to identify and analyze competing products and as well as for reviewing and participating designing user-friendly interfaces for our web-based applications.

Graphic Designer
Candidate should be very creative and should have prior experience (min. 1+ year) in web or graphics design. Should have excellent knowledge of HTML and should be well versed with using the various software related to web and graphics design. Flash knowledge is a great plus. Additionally, if you are an animator (2d or 3d) or have experience working with video special effects, we'd like to hear from you.

Assistant Technical Manager
ADDR.com is looking for a bright and talented individual to join its growing Bangalore-based team. This individual must be able to handle a number of simultaneous projects, demonstrate a sense of urgency and ownership to drive projects to completion, and be successful in a collaborative environment. Must have ability to organize and develop implementation strategy and road-map for business and technology initiatives. This position is challenging, but at the same time offers fantastic growth opportunities. It is intended for a truly intelligent, organized, and motivated individual, who is willing to put in 110% and be rewarded for it.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Work closely with the Technical Manager to assist in monitoring projects and performing change management.
• Resolve issues/ problems that arise during different phases of the project. Provide a central, always-accessible place for team members and other managers to view new and update open overdue issues and track them to closure.
• Facilitate information flow and document control with all involved in the project.
• Ensure quality of all project deliverables including documentation, test plans, etc
• Conduct project kickoff meetings.

Requirements:

• Self-Initiative is a must have!!!
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of web-based application and tools (need to be very net-savvy)
• Ability to work in a demanding and rapidly changing environment.
• Product development experience desirable, but not a must.
• Ability to significantly advance project management practices is desired.

Senior Technical Writer
Candidate must have minimum 5 years experience in writing articles for Web Portals, Technical Documentation, IT Press Releases and Marketing Copies. Should be a creative thinker with an outstanding command over English language. He/She would be responsible for conceiving and executing PR strategies, writing articles, collateral, Online Content and press releases.

HTML Coders
Candidate must have in depth JavaScript, HTML, DHTML and CSS knowledge and 1+ year experience. Should be well versed with using the various software related to front end design.
