Senior Members Technical Staff (STS) & Members Technical Staff (MTS)

These positions are core Technical design functions. The technical team will perform challenging functions of system Architecture evolution, solution Consulting, Implementation and Project Management. Candidate applying for these positions must have Core Development experience in any two areas for STS and any one area for MTS in any of the following functional areas defined hereunder:

Desired Profile: • B.E. Electrical/Electronics/Computer Science or MCA from reputed institutions with excellent academic records. • For STS: 5-10 years. • For MTS: 2-5 years of relevant experience in telecom and related development.

STS/MTS: Mobility Hardware Development: Code: (ST-MHD or MT-MHD)

Required Experience and Skills: • High End DSP based Hardware design for Radio Interface • Cellular Networks RF design, Mixed Signal Design for Base Transeivers • Advanced Microprocessor based hardware design for telecommunication (Switching & Transport) systems with various telecom and data network interfaces • Advance DSP based Audio, Video & Data applications for various Coding, Trans-coding, Rate Adaptation for mobile and fixed networks • Generic Telecom Platform based on PICMG 2.16 or ATCA specifications.

STS/MTS: Mobility Software Development: Code: (ST-MSD or MT-MSD)

Required Experience and Skills: • Radio Resource Management, Handover & Mobility Management of 2G/3G Mobile Networks • GSM call control & SS7 & SIGTRN Protocols • SGSN & GGSN • VoIP architecture, SIP, H:323, RTP,SCTP • CAMEL based SSP & SCP • IMS • SMSC, HLR, EIR & AuC •Layer-I design for BTS of GERAN and Node-B of UTRAN • Encryption Algorithms for GSM/UMTS mobile networks • Air interface protocols (MAC/RLC) design, based on GSM/GPRS/EDGE, WCDMA or CDMA-2000 (variants) • Telecom and Data Networks variants of Layer-2 Protocols • Design experience of Case-tools based product deelopment methodology • Middle-ware for Real time high performance, scalable and high availability requirements • Design experience in RDBMS & In-memory databases for telecom applications • Software Engineering Quality Assurance.
