Customer Support Representatives (CSR/HYD/05)
Selected candidates will be a part of the Contact Center handling inbound /outbound calls.

We are looking for candidate who are

• Graduates having 0-2 years of relevant work experience in a Call Center (customer care/tele-sales/collections)
• Having excellent communication skills
• Computer literate and open to working in shifts

Technical Support Representatives (TSR/HYD/05)
Selected candidates will b a part of the Technical Support team, which provides Voice Support to end users of PCS, Servers and Laptops.

Candidates should be:

• BE/MCA/Graduate/Diploma in Computer Science (10+2+3)
• Having excellent communication skills - verbal and written
• Having 0-2 yeasrs experience in a reputed Call Center (Technical Call Center experience desired)
• Knowledge of Harware/networking troublieshooting would be an added advantage
• Computer literate and open to working in shifts
