Chief Executive Officer (SCH/01/05): MBA with 10-12 years of experience in heading either a FMCG or retail business. Experience in concept selling would be an added advantage.

Head-Marketing (SCH/02/05): MBA with 5-7 years of relevant experience in Brand building, Advertising, Brand Positioning.

Head-Health Care (SCH/03/05): MHA with 3-5 yrs of experience in managing 100-150 bed hospital and in handling various service requirements regarding health and medical care.

Manager - Sales (SCH/04/05): MBA with 5-7 yrs of experience in FMCG, e-retail.

Manager - PR & Communication (SCH/05/05): MBA with 3-5 yrs of experience in Mass Communication, Brand Communication, Media & Social Relations. Preferably in FMCG or e-Marketing of high-end goods and services.

Manager-Alliance (SCH/06/05): MBA with 5-7 yrs of experience in brand building and alliance development.

Asst. Manager - Product (SCH/07/05): MBA with 3-5 yrs of experience in the service industry with exposure in product formation and development. Products may be FMCG or high-end products/ services.

Asst. Manager - Domestic Sales and Marketing (SCH/08/05): MBA with 3-5 yrs of experience in FMCG sales/ marketing.

Executive - PR & Communication (SCH/09/05): MBA with 1-3 yrs of experience in Mass Communication/ Advertising & Media Planning.

Executive - Business Analysis (SCH/10/05): MBA in Finance with 2-3 yrs of experience in MIS & report generation for key business decisions.

Executive - Sales (SCH/11/05): MBA with 2-3 yrs of experience in FMCG, e-retail, retail/sales.

Executive - Finance (SCH/12/05): MBA in Finance with 1-2 yrs of relevant experience.

Software Developers (SCH/13/05):

  • ERP Application- MCA/BE/B.Tech with 0-2 yrs of experience in .net technologies with good knowledge in C#, VB.net, ASP.net and MS SQL.
  • Mobile Application - MCA/BE/B.Tech with 0-2 yrs of experience in .net technologies with good knowledge in C#, VB.net, ASP.net and MS SQL. Should have worked on Symbian Platform/ Microsoft Mobile.net platform.

Executive- IT & T (SCH/14/05)

  • System Integrator - BE/B.Tech with 3-4 yrs of hands-on experience. Strong application development and integration skills and the ability to multi-task. An understanding of software engg. processes/ methodologies and various integration solutions, phases. Would be responsible for R&D for various technical solutions. Knowledge of .net technologies using C# would be preferred.
  • Protocol Security- BE/B.Tech with 3-4 yrs of relevant experience and adequate knowledge of various applications, security standards and technologies. Knowledge of .net technologies using C# would be preferred.
  • Data Security - BE/B.Tech with 3-4 yrs of relevant experience and adequate knowledge of various database security standards and technologies. knowledge of .net technologies using C# would be preferred.
  • System Architect - BE/B.Tech with 3-4 yrs of hands-on industry experience. Strong application development and integration skills and the ability to multitask. Knowledge of .net technologies would be preferred.
  • Payment Gateway - BE/B.Tech with 3-4 yrs of relevant experience in e-Commerce, secured payment gateways, portals security & exposure in field of SSL, 3DES, AES etc. implementation.
  • Database Administrator - BE/B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA with minimum 5 yrs of hands on experience, strong skills on database servers like Oracle, MS SQL/ Win NT/Linux.
  • HTML Editors - MCA with 2-3 yrs of experience in HTML, Java Script, VB Script, Frontpage & DreamWeaver.
  • Graphic Designers - Graduate with 2-3 yrs of experience in Flash, Photoshop, Illustrator & 3D Studio Max.
  • A/V Editors - Graduates with 2-3 yrs of experience in A/V editing for web technologies.

Researcher- Indian Culture & Heritage (SCH/15/05): PG in History/Anthropology with previous experience in research.

Sr. Executive (IHLP/01/05): LLB with basic knowledge of computers. Above 5 yrs of experience with atleast 3 yrs of working experience in Revenue Laws and Registration of Deeds.

Legal
(Location: Anywhere in India)

Dy. Manager (IHL/01/05): LLB (Preferably LLM), with basic knowledge of computers. Above 7 yrs of experience with atleast 5 yrs of working experience in Civil Revenue & Consumer Protection Laws.

Sr. Executive (IHL/02/05): LLB with basic knowledge of computers. Above 5 yrs of experience with atleast 3 yrs of working experience in Civil Revenue & Consumer Protection Laws.

Architecture
(Location: Lucknow)

Asst. Manager (IHA/01/05): B.Arch with 7 yrs + experience in relevant field (Multi-storeyed buildings/ Townships/ Landscaping/ Interiors) & 3 yrs in management capacity. AutoCAD knowledge.

Sr. Executive (IHA/02/05): B.Arch with 5 yrs + experience in relevant field (Multi-Storeyed buildings/ Townships/ Landscaping/ Interiors) and AutoCAD knowledge.

Sr. Executive (IHA/03/05): BE Civil with 5 yrs + experience in liaison (dealing with development authorities), basic knowledge of building bye-laws and computer knowledge.

Executive-Structure (IHA/04/05): BE Civil with 2-4 yrs of experience in relevant field and working knowledge of STAD.

Executive-Architecture/ Interiors (IHA/05/05): B.Arch/Degree in Interior designing, 1-4 yrs of experience in relevant field (multi-storeyed buildings/ Townships/ Landscaping/ Interiors), AutoCAD knowledge.

Executive-Liaison (IHA/06/05): BE Civil with 2-4 yrs of experience or Diploma in Civil/ Architecture with 6-10 yrs experience in liaison with basic knowledge of building bye-laws, computer knowledge.

Executive-Horticulturist (IHA/07/05): B.Sc. Agriculture with 2-4 yrs of experience in horticulture field and knowledge of computers.

Sr. Officer - Architecture/ Interiors (IHA/08/05): Dip. in Architecture with 4 yrs + experience in relevant field (Multi-storeyed buildings/ Townships/ Landscaping/ Interiors), AutoCAD knowledge.

Draftsman-Civil/Structure, Architecture, Electrical & Services (IHA/09/05): ITI Certificate with 4 yrs + experience in relevant field, good working knowledge of AutoCAD.

Cost Monitoring

Asst. Manager (IHCM/01/05): Graduate, ICWAI with 6-7 yrs of experience in costing, budgetary control system, establishing & operating costing system, (preferably in construction industry), good working knowledge of MS Office, good analytical skills.

Asst. Manager- System Analyst (IHCM/02/05): Graduate/ Diploma in System Analysis with 10-12 yrs of experience in managing various application softwares used for Stores Accounting, Accounts, Costing etc. with very good computer skills.

Sr. Executive - Quantity Surveyor (IHCM/03/05): B.E. Civil/Diploma in Civil Engg. with 4-5 yrs of experience as quantity surveyor, thorough knowledge of estimating & costing, analysis of rates for different items in residential and commercial multi-storeyed buildings, working knowledge of computers.

Human Resources Development

Executive (HRD/01/05): PG Diploma in Personnel Mgmt./MBA (HR)/ MSW. Preference would be given to Law graduate with specialization in Labour Laws. Knowledge of PF, ESI, Contract Labour Act, working knowledge of computers.

Executive Asst./ Secretary (HRD/02/05): Graduate with 1 year Diploma in Computers, fluency in English, good communication skills, adept at shorthand. With minimum 2 yrs of relevant experience.

Manager - Technical (Hardware) (TVC/02/05): Should be well-versed in setting up hardware for satellite transmission, broadcasting and receiving facilities at the village level. With 10 yrs of relevant experience.

Manager - Programming (Software) (TVC/03/05): Should be well-versed in creation of programs/ software and in leading a team of executive procedures. Experience in rural programming is essential.

Drinking Water Project
A project to provide safe drinking water in Uttar Pradesh

Project Head (DWP/01/05): BE with 15-20 yrs of relevant experience. Should be well-versed in designing, detailing, installation and commissioning of water treatment plants.

Mobile Healthcare

A project to provide primary health care through mobile vans in the villages of U.P.

Project Head (MHC/01/05): PG/Degree in Social Sciences with a minimum of 5-7 yrs of experience in managing health projects.

Sector Specialist (Health) (MHC/02/05): MBBS with a minimum of 5-7 yrs of experience in managing health projects. experience with reputed NGOs would be an added advantage.

Call Centre

Business Head (CC/01/05): With 12-15 yrs of experience in call centre/ telecom industry. Prior experience in handling a team of at least 200 in telecom or domain of voice.

Head-IT and Telecom (CC/02/05): BE/B.Tech with 8-10 yrs of experience in Telecom industry. Experience in handling Software, Networking CRM is a must.
