We are currently looking for Team Members/ Team Leaders/ Project Leaders/ Project Managers for firmware/ hardware development and business development for our Industrial Embedded Systems Practice in Pune, Hyderabad and Bangalore.

Firmware/Hardware Development

Qualification and Experience
A first class graduate or postgraduate Engineering Degree in any of the following disciplines: Electronics/Communication/Instrumentation and /or Computer Science.

Skill set

• Microcontroller -based hardware and software development on platforms like Motorola, Texas, Intel, Star 12, Power PC, MCS-51, X86, PIC, ARM using C/ C++, assembly language and the entire tool chain of cross compliers )Diab, IAR, Greenhill, Hiware etc.), debuggers (BDM/JTAG), in circuit emulators
• RTOSs like VxWorks, WinCE, pSOS, QNX, OSK
• Protocols such as CAN, KWP2000, 12C, Bluetooth, Industrial protocols (Modbus, Profibus, FF HART etc.)
• Device driver development under NT, CE, Unix and RTOS
• Hardware debuggers, logic analyzers and ICE
• Modeling in tools like MATLAB, STATEMATE, ASCET
• Verification and validation of automotive ECUs using LabCar
• Wireless System Development and Integration
• Multimedia System Design and Integration of Codes with applications.

Candidates must have at least 3-12 years of experience to be considered for TM/TL/PL/PM positions. Candidates must have experience in developing microcontroller and/or microprocessor - based products for transportation (rail, aerospace and automotive - body, chassis, powertrain, infotainment) and Industrial automation applications (protocols, remote monitoring, instrumentation, etc.)

Business Development

Qualifications and Experience
A first class graduate or postgraduate Engineering Degree in any of the following disciplines: Electronics/Communication/Instrumenation and /or computer Science. MBA in marketing will be an additional advantage for business development positions.

Skill Set
Candidates must have 6-10 years of experience in Techno marketing and selling electronics based products/services glogbally in Automotive and Industrial automation verticals. Hands - on technical experience is a must for business development positions.

Candidates must have 60% and above consistent academic records from Class 10 onwards till their latest degree. Correspondence/Part time courses will not be considered. Candidates should possess technical knowledge in respective skills along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
