Manager - IT Infrastructure (MIT/04/01)
System architects with proven expertise in end to end IT infrastructure in fairly large organizations preferably in an engineering/ electronic industry. Job involves identifying requirements, designing, implementation & maintenance of IT infrastructure. 8 to 10 years experience desirable.

HR Head (EHR/04/01)
Post graduates specialised in HR with a flair for people and a drive to make the work environment a better place. Excellent communication skills and a pro-active temperament are must. This is a corporate position and candidates should have worked in a corporate set up. 10 to 15 years experience desirable.

Finance Head (EFH/04/01)
Qualified professionals and a good manager capable of collating and analyzing sensitive organizational performance parameters, set direction and assist in benchmarking. Lead a team of professionals. Knowledge of commercial functions including excise and customs related matters will be an advantage. 10 to 15 years experience desirable.

QA Manager - Software System (QAM/04/02)
B.Tech/MCA with 5+ years of experience. Should have worked in a VB & Oracle environment and have experience in preparing test plans and test cases for scripted and black box testing of web-based and client server applications. Experience with RUP and CMMI will be a definite advantage.

Manager - Product Development - Wearable Electronics (MPD/04/01)
Electronic engineers with over ten years of design experience in analog and digital circuits with a fair knowledge in biometric sensors. Should have led a team of multi-discipline engineers in successfully developing products.

R&D Engineers (Project Leaders) Firmware (RNDEE/04/07)
Electronic engineers with about 5-10 years experience in embedded systems. Working proficiency in embedded systems involving microcontrollers of 8/16 bits, DSPs and sound knowledge in Digital electronics, for developing applications and integrating with various system elements. Working proficiency in handling analog signals is essential. Should have handled projects independently with a team of at least 4 members. Should have adequate knowledge of components used in industrial products.

Engineer Electronics Hardware & Circuit Validation (EPLE/04/01)
Graduate electronics engineers with at least 5 years of experience in electronics system design and design validation. Proficiency in design quality assurance will be an added advantage. Knowledge of hardware design standards essential.

Engineer (Project Leaders) - Mechanical (EPLM/04/01)
Graduate mechanical engineers with 7-8 years of experience in product design & validation. Proficiency in design quality assurance will be an added advantage. Will lead a team of engineers to handle projects from concept to manufacturing and timely delivery.

R&D Engineers Machine Vision Systems (RDE-MV/04/01)
Engineers with electronics/ optics background with about 2 to 5 years of experience in CCD camera systems/ image processing/ optics lighting. Should have handled projects independently with a team of at least 4 members.

Textile Specialist (ETS/04/01)
Textile Graduate with at least 10yrs. experience. The candidate will be required to give design inputs to the software development team for enhancement/ conceptualization of applications for the textile industry and assist in developing system requirements. In addition to domain expertise in textiles, the candidate should have managerial exposure and good communications skills. Experience in implementing software system in a textile environment will be an advantage.

Project Leaders - Software (PLS/04/01)
MCA/ B.Tech (CS)/ BE with 4 to 6 years experience. Proficiency in NI or any imaging applications with about 4 to 6 years experience in Machine Vision Systems. Experience in software designing with proficiency in .Net/VB/VC++/MS-SQL & Oracle are also required. Knowledge in concept of OOAD with UML and process like RUP & CMMi is preferred.

Mechanical Engineers (EME/04/01)
Graduate engineers in mechanical engineering with 8 to 10 years of experience in product design and validation in Light-Engineering Industry.

Graphic Designers (EGD/04/01)
Post Graduate/ Graduate with relevant professional diploma/ specialization with 1-2 years experience in giving design inputs to SW developers for designing Screens and Reports. DTP experience and experience in designing user documentation and Copy writing skills will be an advantage. Candidates should have aesthetic and ergonomics skills.

Regional Service Managers (RSM/04/01)
Graduate engineers in electronics with 10 to 15 years experience in servicing industrial electronic equipment with good communication skills. Should have handled a team of engineers.
