We are a part of Shalina Group based in UK and operating in Africa as well as India. Our business focuses are pharmaceuticals, mining and projects. We are looking for the following personnel for our plant at Lubumbashi, Democratic Republic of Congo, Central Africa.

Manager/ Assistant Manager/ Executive - Process Plant
The candidates should be chemical engineers from reputed institutes.

The job is to ensure that the plant produces at the rated capacity and the prescribed quality is maintained. He will have to ensure MFG costs are well within the targeted limits and should follow the highest standards of safety and manufacturing systems as per ISO 9001-2000 guidelines.

Manager/ Assistant Manager/ Executive - Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation.
The candidate should be a degree engineer in the above mentioned branches from a reputed institute.

The job includes attending to break down maintenance, planning/execution of preventive and predictive maintenance, managing inventory of spares & maintaining history records. He should ensure safety standards and implement cost reduction processes.

Manager/ Assistant Manager/ Executive - Quality Assurance
The candidate should be an M.Sc. or a Ph.D. in chemistry from a reputed institute.

The job includes to ensure raw materials and finished products quality as per the specification. He should also implement. Total Quality Management system including ISO 9001-2000 and should be in a position to suggest methods for improvement of efficiencies and cost reduction.

Manager/ Assistant Manager/ Executive - Materials Management
The candidate should be a Science graduate with a diploma in materials management.

The job includes complete inventory management of raw materials, finished and engineering items. He should be good at cost control and audit.

Important Note: All the above positions are based at Lubumbashi, Democratic Republic of Congo, Central Africa. Applicants should have relevant work experience of 5-15 years preferably in minerals cement and chemical processing industry. The individual should also have high level of initiative, good man management skills and problem solving attitude with fluency in computers.
