In-order to augment the team which is required to keep pace with the growth, we are looking for young Professionals in the following areas. (Locations - Ahmedabad, Baroda, Surat, Rajkot, Saurashtra region and other small towns of Gujarat).
Commercial - MIS, Budget, Audit & Process Management (Ref: COMM)
Position Open to: Professionals with experience in handling audits, MIS, Budgeting & Process Management. He/She should be a CA/MBA (Finance) with 2-10 years of experience in commercial field with exposure in working in ERP environments (preferably on SAP), and should possess leadership qualities, interpersonal skills & analytical bent of mind.
Billing, Collection, Credit Control & Revenue Assurance (Ref: B&C)
Position Open To: Professionals exposed to credit verification and credit monitoring, driving channel partners and agencies to achieve collection targets, town coordination for collection, customer database management. He/ She should be a Graduate with 2-10 years of experience with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Franchisee Commercial (Ref: FRA)
Position Open To: Professionals having experience of managing commercial functions and stocks in a service industry with dealer/ distributor network environment. He/ She should be a Graduate with 3-10 years of experience with good interpersonal communication skills and computer proficiency.
Key Account Management (Ref: KAM)
Position Open To: Professionals handling large Corporates in Key Account Management/ sales. He/She should be a Graduate/ MBA (Preferably) with more than 4 years of experience having strong interpersonal communication skills, customer relationship management and result orientation.
Corporate Customer Care/Retention - Executives/ Head (Ref: FAB)
Position Open To: Professionals handling large Corporates in Customer Care, Relationship Management Retention. He/She should be a Graduate with 3-7 years experience, having excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Those applying for the Head-Corporate Customer Care position should have 8-10 years experience of which minimum 4 years as a leader with exposure in Process Deployment, Quality Management and Revenue Assurance.
Customer Care/ Retention/ Quality Assurance (Ref: CC)
Position Open To: Professionals with 2-5 years experience in Customer Handling, Problem Resolution, Process Orientation, process quality, call center handling and field collections/retention. He/ She should be a Graduate/ MBA (Preferably) having strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, Customer Relationship Management. Working knowledge of MS Excel/ MS Access is a must.
For all the positions, Candidates should be preferably from Telecom, Office Automation, Consumer Durable, Banking, Insurance, Credit Card or Service Industry.
