Today, we are on the threshold of explosive growth and need engineers for our Integrated Circuit Design Services (ICDS) Group.

Positions: Design/ Verification Engineers, Senior Design/ Verification Engineers, Project Leaders, Architects, Project Managers

Your Role: As a part of the LCDS Group, you will be involved in providing design services across the development cycle to our customers.

The services you will help provide involve, amongst others, algorithm development, model development, digital/ analog design, I/O cell development, verification, DFT, Physical design and mixed signal activities.

Sasken has customer engagements with various leading semiconductor companies, start-ups in wireless and wire-line segments, and with leading companies in the EDA space.

Area of Work: ASIC/ ASSP/ FPGA/ SoC design & development
• Library development (digital & analog) • ADC, DAC, opamp, bandgap, analog filters, etc. and MOS transistors Ckt. Analysis • Custom layout of analog modules including transistor randomization and matching • Standard cell development for digital micro and mega cells that includes circuit design, characterization, parastitic extractions, custom layout and cell development methodology flow set up, etc.

Basic Qualification: Engineering Graduates, Post Graduates in Electrical/ Electronics/ Communications

Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.

Skill Set:
Flow: Good understanding of the ASIC/ FPGA development flow and sound competency in one or more phases is a must.
Programming languages: Verilog, VHDL, C, SystemC
Scripting languages: Perl, Tcl/ Tk, Shell Scripting
Tools: Simulators, Specman, VERA, Synopsys DC, Physical Compiler, Formal verification tools, PrimeTime, Synopsys/ Cadence/ Magma tools for physical design, Synopsys/ Mentor tools for DFT & ATPG, Hspice/ SpectreRF tools, Nanosim
Hardware Platforms: TI DSP C55x, C64x, OMAP, ARM, MIPS
Domain: Experience in executing projects in wireless/ multimedia/ communications would be an advantage.
Project Management Experience: Project leaders and managers must have experience managing at least two projects.
