Construction Supervisor
We require individuals with a technical engineering education (preferably in mechanical or civil engineering) with 10 years minimum onshore oil and gas experience. overseas work in a supervisory role would be an advantage.

Candidates must have self-discipline and an aptitude to work in a challenging environment with a positive attitude. They must show a willingness and ability to learn new skills when required.

They must be team players able to lead others and organise large groups of personnel with a variety of disciplines and experience levels.

They must have practical experience of oil field construction practices (including civil, mechanical and electrical) and be familiar and oil field operations. In particular they must be familiar with piping design, construction and operations and be experienced and knowledgeable to HSES.

Candidates must be fluent in spoken and written English and be able to understand and give instructions in Russian, and have experience in the use of computers (Windows etc.)
