We are looking for Developers/ Designers/ Architects/ Project Leaders and Project Managers for several of our projects:

Qualifications and Experience: Qualification desired is BE/ B.Tech/ ME/ M.Tech/ MCA and having experience of 2-10 years in reputed organisations in the following areas:

1. J2EE Developers/Designers (Code: J2EE): Candidates should have experience of 2 years and above in software development using OO analysis and design. J2EE coding experience (Swing, EJB, JSP, Servlets) with Oracle Connectivity is a must.

2. J2EE Architects (Code: JARCH): Candidates having more than 5 years of overall IT experience with at least 2 years as a designer/ architect in J2EE environment.
   • Experience in designing large applications using J2EE patterns required.
   • Hands on experience on WebLogic/ WebSphere/ Oracle 9iAS required.
   • Experience in RUP required. Exposure to popular framework (BCA4J, San Francisco) will be an added advantage.

3. UI Specialists (Code: UI): Candidates should have skills in user interface design for large systems, UI layout design & graphics design, using client-server technology, capability to advise on key usability issues. Experience in product development groups is desirable.

   We also require candidates with experience in UI development with VB, Qt, Linux, C++ skills for embedded and desktop applications.

4. Oracle DBAs (Code: DBA): Candidates should have worked on Oracle 8i/9i/9iRAC Database on various Unix platforms like HP-UX, Solaris, Linux, etc. Also should be well-versed with PL/SQL, PRO*C, PRO*COBOL, OCCI, Shell Scripts, database creation scripts, export/ import, on-line backups using RMAN, and Oracle performance tunning.

5. Windows/ UNIX Professionals (Code: WINUNIX): Candidates should have atleast 2 years experience in C++/VC++ design and development of software applications on UNIX/ Microsoft Windows 2000. Experience in/exposure to imaging applications will be desirable.

6. Windows Professionals/ Real-time Software Developers/Architects (Code: WIN): Candidates should have at least 2 years experience in C++, VC++, Com/ ATL/ SDK, C#, Managed C++. Design and development of real-time, process control/automation, automotive software applications on Microsoft Windows 2000, .NET platforms.
   • Experience in Network Programming, Windows Internals and MFCs is essential.
   • Experience in development of TCP/IP, OPC Server/ Client specifications and other device communication standards
   • Highly desirable to have the latest MCAD .NET, MCP certification

   We also require excellent Windows Device Professionalswith exposure to Kernel Mode Driver development applications and system-level programming.

7. Senior Engineers- VLSI/ FPGA (Code: FPGA)- Tech leads/ Team members for Design, Development, Verification & Validation of Processor & Peripheral IP cores.

   Qualification & Experience: ME/M.Tech/ MS in Digital Systems/ Microelectronics/ VLSI or BE/ B.Tech in Electronics & Communications/ Electrical Engineering, PG Diploma in VLSI/ FPGA, with 5+ years experience in hardware design and architecture is preferred.

   Primary Skills: Digital design concepts & skills, processor & peripheral IP development, RTL development skills in Verilog HDL & VHDL. Knowledge of CPLD/ FPGA architecture, hands on EDA tools ModelSim, Synplify Pro & XILINX-ISE.

   • Should have exposure to linting & code coverage tools, knowledge of processor architecture & bus protocols, exposure to SOC design & verification. Knowledge of scripting tools & C/C++ is an added advantage.
   • Expertise in Automotive domain/ Automotive IP development is preferred.

8. Hardware Designers/ Architects (Code: HWD)
   Qualification: First Class M.E./ M.Tech/ MS in Digital Systems/ Microelectronics/ Power Electronics or B.E./ B.Tech in Electronics & Communications.

   Experience of 2+ years for designers and 6+ years for Architects

   • Should have exposure to cold fire/ ARM, MIPS processors, cPCI/ PC104/ Ethernet, High Speed Design Board
   • Signal Integrity (SI), Hands-on with Cadence, Mentor Platforms
   • Applications include motion control, Automation, Telecom, Automotive etc
   • Experience in CE, UL, IEC, SAE, Telecom hardware related Standards and Certification
   • Strong Analog/ Digital Interfacing, Low Power, EMI/ RFI Techniques are essential
   • Should have exposure to CPLD/ FPGA architecture & designs
   • Preferred to have strong process driven development experience
   • FMEA, Reliability Analysis, Hardware Description Languages (HDLs), C-desirable
   • Experience in Cadence/ Mentor design tools. Use of ModelSIM, Timing Designer tools is a plus

9. Senior Embedded Software Programmers (Code: ESP)
   Qualification: First Class M.E./ M.Tech/ B.E./ B.Tech in Electronics & Communications/ Electrical Engineering, 5+ years of hands-on design experience.

   Should have

   • Minimum 3 years of OOAD/C++ on embedded platforms.
   • Proficiency in C, C++, Embedded Linux, UML real time extensions.
   • Expertise in OOAD Tools like Rose RT, Rhapsody.
   • Familiarity with configuration Management Tools (VSS, Clear Case, CVS) is a plus, Tool based testing

   Domains: Automotive, Industrial Automation, Telecom

10. PCB Designers (Code: PCB)
    Qualification: First Class BE/ B. Tech in ECE/ EEE with an experience of three years and above.

    Experience in PCB Layout design with hands on experience in/exposure to:
    Schematic entry, component foot-print creation, PCB Layout, CAM validation and Gerber creation. ECAD tools-Mentor, Cadence, PCAD 2002, Protel/ Valor/ Betasoft/ DFM/ DFT tools. Knowledge of standards like IPC, High Speed board/ RF Layout upto 16 layers. Strong exposure to Pre & Post signal Integrity (SI) and Thermal Analysis is essential.

11. Network Storage Management Experts (Code: NW):
    Qualification: First Class BE/B.Tech or ME/ M.Tech in Computer Science with an experience of three years and above.

    Primary Skills:

    • Strong C++ development and debugging, on Win2000/ XP
    • Detailed Windows Cluster Service architecture, Windows cluster service- API's knowledge
    • Good understanding of computing fundamentals including memory management, DLLs, data structures, process, and multi-threading.

    Secondary Skills:

    • Experience in http, XML, and Unix Platforms
    • GUI development using MFC
    • Jbuilder environment

12. IT Professionals (Code: IT):
    Qualification: First Class Diploma/ Graduate Engineers in ECE/ CSE/ EEE with 2 years and above of relevant experience in the areas of Windows 2000/2003 server, SUN Solaris, IBMAIX, HP UNIX, True 64 UNIX, Linux, Cluster Implementation & Server Management, Lotus Notes & MS Exchange Administration, Network & Security Administration. Industry Standard Certificate holders are preferred.
