Eligible candidates are invited to attend a walk in Interview on 28-07-2004 sharp, for selection to the posts on the adhoc research project.

The essential qualifications, experience and service tenure are as under:

1. Asst. Research Officer: Post-1 (UR)
   Essential Qualifications: M.Sc., 1st Div. In Life Sciences/ Anthropology ad Proficiency in Telugu.

   Desirable Qualifications: Experience in carrying out Community based surveys.
   Consolidated Pay @ Rs. 10,465/- per month plus HRA & CCA as per GOI Rules.

2. Research Assistant: Post-1 (SC)
   Essential Qualifications: M.Sc. in Sociology/ Food & Nutrition and proficiency in Telugu.

   Desirable Qualifications: Experience in carrying out Community based surveys.
   Consolidated Pay @ Rs. 7,245/- per month plus HRA & CCA as per GOI Rules.

Relaxation of age is admissible as per GOI rules for SC/ ST/ OBC Candidates.

The candidates should bring all original certificates along with a set of Xerox copies and a photo, experience and caste certificate while attending the walk in Interview/written test. The selected candidates should be prepared to carry out extensive tours in the rural areas of Andhra Pradesh in connection with collection of data.

General Conditions: of employment will be the same as are for the project staff (on contract basis) for the entire tenure of the project i.e. 1 yrs and no other regular service benefits will be admissible. The candidate will not have any right to claim for any regular employment at this institute. The Director & Appointing Authority has the right to accept/reject any application without assigning any reason and no correspondence in this matter will be entertained.
