Software Development Manager

• 6+ years of development experience in a commercial software product company using technologies such C/C++, Client Server, Java and Internet technologies, XML, and J2EE or other application servers, database systems, file systems, OS kernels or related systems.
• 2+ years experience managing product development projects and people.
• Must have shipped atleast 2 commercial products through multiple releases.
• Experience building enterprise-class software products.
• Excellent building recruiting, motivating, leadership, mentoring skills.
• Proven ability to direct the others in planning, scheduling, monitoring and executing.
• Results oriented with proven planning and project management skills- experience using project scheduling tools to manage large complex projects to completion on schedule.
• Multi-platform development (Windows, Unix flavors- Linux, Solaris, HP-UX, AIX) desirable.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Degree in computer science or related field.

Software Engineers

• A minimum of 4 years of software development experience.
• Must have tested and shipped atleast 2 commercial products through multiple releases.
• In-depth experience with any of the following:
• Java UI experience (MVC architecture, Eclipse/ SWT, Swing)
• XML-related technologies such as Xpath, Xquery, XSL, XSLT
• J2EE interfaces such as JCA, JMS, JDBC, JMX, JAAS
• Enterprise messaging systems or service buses (Tibco, MQSeries, Sonic, etc.)
• Enterprise software features (high availability, failover, clustering etc.) highly desirable.
• Database experience with knowledge of SQL, Schemes, and database design required.
• Multi-platform development (Windows, Unix flavors- Linux, Solaris, HP-UX, AIX) desirable.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Degree in computer science or related field.

Quality Engineers

• A minimum of 4 years of software testing experience of database systems, file systems, OS kernels or related systems.
• Scripting and test automation experience required (Perl, shell scripts, WinRunner) etc.)
• Database experience with knowledge of SQL required.
• Programming (Java, C/C++) experience desirable.
• Multi-platform development (Windows, Unix flavors- Linux, Solaris, HP-UX, AIX) desirable.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Degree in computer science or related field.

Technical Writers

• Minimum of 4 years technical writing: knowledge in databases, data management, networking, client/server applications a plus
• Experience using Framemaker, WebWorks Publisher, HTML Help Workshop, HTML, JavaHelp, JavaDocs, graphics tools such as Paint Shop Pro
• Excellent oral and written communication skills required; must be able to explain concepts both verbally and graphically
• Ability to understand software design and specifications, and to translate engineering data into end user documentation
• Experience writing user and programmer's guides, help and other technical documentation.
