Manufacturing

• 10-15 years exp in manufacturing in automotive component/ light engineering industry
• Atleast 3 years at a senior position in a reputed organization.
• Will be responsible for total shop floor management and improvement.
• Familiarity with TPS/TPM/TQM and other contemporary manufacturing initiatives is essential.

Accounts:

• 10-12 years hands on experience in accounts, finance, taxation, internal audit, banking, cost accounting and budgeting.
• CA and CS
• Atleast 3 years experience at a responsible position in a reputed organization.
• Experience in an ERP environment, preferably BAAN is desirable.

Tool Room:

• 10-12 years of experience in tool rooms.
• Qualification in tool designing and development from CIPET/TRTC or similar reputed institutes.
• Experience in design and development of moulds and dies for automotive industry.
• Familiarity with operation and maintenance of latest CNC and conventional machinery.
• Experience in implementation of quality tools and techniques like DFMEA, SQC and Quality Planning etc.
• Lead and manage efficiently the development of high quality tooling.

Human Resource:

• 8-10 years experience in HR in an organization of more than 500 employees.
• PG/MBA/PGDM in HR from a reputed institute.
• Will be responsible for planning, recruitment, induction, mentoring, training for skills improvement, performance management and improvement, job rotation, motivation etc.

ERP:

• 8-10 years of IT experience.
• Atleast 3 years experience in BAAN IV, in analysis, design, development and effective implementation of all business applications.
• Capable of developing and hands on implementation of reports, customizations and interfaces to optimize user efficiency.

Mould Development:

• 5-7 years exp in design and development of moulds and dies for automotive industry.
• Qualification in tool designing and development from CIPET/TRTC or similar reputed institutes.
• Experience in Catia/ Ideas/ Unigraphics/ Mold Flow.

Materials:

• 5-7 years experience in purchasing in automotive component/ light engineering industry.
• Experience in purchasing polymer, rubber, steel, sheet metal components and toolings.
• Will assist in supplier assessment, supplier selection, commercial negotiations, cost reduction etc.
