We are a large, Nationally recognized Rs. 1200 cr. turnover automobile dealership representing Ashok Leyland, Mahindra & Mahindra and Maruti Udyog with presence in Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh and Gujarat at 22 locations. We require dynamic and result oriented personnel for the following openings for our A.P. branches.

Branch Manager
Ideal candidate will be responsible for formulating and implementing strategic business plans and will be required to co-ordinate and implement management policies at the branch. Will be responsible for proper management of business including the marketing and business development activities related to it. The job will also essentially require cross functional co-ordination to ensure achievement of targets and desired results.

Pre-Requisites: Strong analytical ability, excellent communication skills and drive to make things happen and ability to build and sustain relationships not just within the team but also with the customers.

Educational Qualification: MBA (Finance/ Marketing).

Age: Below 40 years.

Experience: 10-12 years preferably in automobile industry, of which atleast 5 years should be in key position.

Manager Sales (Ashok Leyland)
Qualification: MBA/Diploma in Mechanical/ Automobile Engineering with 5-8 years experience in relevant industry with strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, good analytical skills/ number crunching capabilities and basic computer competencies.

Responsibilities: Leading and motivating the sales team to achieve sales targets and market share, planning and implementing sales promotional events to generate leads as per retail plan, ensuring adherence to SOP's and core processes in sales.

Manager/Asst. Manager - Sales (Mahindra & Mahindra)
Qualifications: MBA/ Diploma in management, 5-10 years experience in relevant industry with strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, good analytical skills/ number crunching capabilities and basic computer competencies.

Responsibilities: Leading and motivating the sales team to achieve sales targets and market share, planning and implementing sales promotional events to generate leads as per retail plan, ensuring adherence to SOP's and core processes in sales.

Senior Manager - HR
Qualifications: MBA-HR/ MA(IRPM) from reputed institute having 12-15 years experience in core HR activities in a reputed MNC with excellent comunication skills.

Responsibilities: Man power planning, Recruitment and Selection. Human Resource Development, Compensation and benefits. Employee welfare and Employee relations.

Manager - Spare Parts
Qualifications: Graduate with 8-10 years experience in relevant field with good subject knowledge, sound product and market knowledge, leadership skills, communication skills and Basic computer competencies.

Responsibilities: Overall management of spares, Ensuring prompt support to workshop, achieving set targets. Efficient inventory management, return on investment and spare parts promotion.

Manager - Coordination (Lubricants)
Qualifications: Graduate with 6 years experience in relevant field with good subject knowledge, product and market knowledge, leadership skills, communication skills and basic computer competencies.

Responsibilities: Co-ordinating and achieving set sales targets, overall management and administration of Lubricant sales, motivating executives to meet their goals and evaluating their performance, targeting sectors like mechanics, fleet operators and workshops to achieve maximum growth.

Manager - Service
Qualifications: B.E./ Diploma in Engineering with 8-10 years experience in relevant field with good product and technical knowledge, leadership skills and basic computer competencies.

Responsibilities: Leading and motivating workshop team. Ensuring quality service, return on investment and profitability, Quality customer interface. Workshop floor discipline and productivity,Achieving set targets.

Manager/ Dy. Manager - Sales (Institutional Sales)
Qualifications: MBA/ Diploma in management 5-10 years experience in relevant industry with very good analytical/ number crunching capabilities, leadership skills, excellent communication skills and basic computer competencies.

Responsibilities: To deal with government departments/ Institutions Leading and motivating the sales team to achieve sales targets and market share, ensuring adherence to SOP's and core processes in sales.

Dy./ Asst. Manager - Floor
Qualifications: B.E./ Diploma in Engineering with 5-8 years of experience in automobile industry with sound technical and product knowledge, leadership skills and basic computer competencies.

Responsibilities: To lead and motivate workshop team. Ensuring quality service. Return on investment and profitability, Quality customer interface, Workshop floor discipline and productivity and Achieving set targets.

Asst. Manager - Spare Parts
Qualifications:Graduate with 6 years experience in relevant field with subject knowledge, market knowledge leadership skills, communication skills and basic computer competencies.

Responsibilities: Assisting Spare Parts Manager in overall management of spares, ensuring prompt supply to workshop, achieving set targets, efficient inventory management.

Service Advisor
Qualifications: Dipoma in Automobile/ Mechanical Engg. with minimum 2 years of experience in automobile industry.

Responsibilities: Act as liaison between customer and the workshop, diagnose the technical defects and ensure timely and accurate completion of repairs promote spare parts sales in the worksop.

Executive - Sales (Ashok Leyland)
Qualifications: MBA/Diploma in Mechanical/ Automobile Engineering with 2 years and above work experience in Automobile industry wiht good selling and negotiation skills, sound product and market knowledge and good communication skills. Fresher can also apply.

Responsibilities: Enquiry generation, Execution of sales promotional events, handling vehicles demos and test drives, suggesting finance schemes and packages to the customers, handling customer grievances if any, Market trend analysis, achievement of set targets.

Executive - Sales (Mahindra & Mahindra)
Qualifications:Diploma in Marketing/ Graduate with 3 years and above work experience in Automobile industry. Candidates with good communication skills, interpersonal and customer handling skills, sound product and market knowledge. Basic Computer competencies will be given preference. Fresh MBAs can also apply.

Responsibilities:Enquiry generation, Execution of sales promotional events, handling vehicles demos and test drives, suggesting finance schemes and packages to customers, handling customer grievances if any, Market trend analysis. achievement of set targets.

Executive - Lubricants
Qualifications:Graduate with 4-5 years of experience in relevant field with good inter-personal and communication, skills, selling skills, sound Product knowledge of lubricants.

Responsibilities: Developing good relationship with the customers like fleet operators, retailers, mechanics, workshops to generate sales for the company. Achieving set targets through order generation and follow-up with customers, skills in payment collection and handling customer interface effectively.

Executive - Spare Parts
Qualifications: Graduate with 4 to 5 years experience in relevant field with sound product and market knowledge, selling skills, knowledge of parts inventory, good interpersonal and communication skills and basic computer competencies.

Responsibilities: Enquiry generation, Execution of parts promotionsal events, and handling customer grievences if any, Market trend analysis, achievement of set targets.

Technician
Qualifications: ITI (Mechanical/ Automobile) with 2-3 years of experience in automobile industry (Diesel vehicles)

Executive - Telemarketing
Qualifications: Smart female MBA/ Graduate with 1-2 years of experience in relevant field in telemarketing with excellent communication and telephonic skills.

Responsibilities: Obtaining and Maintaining Database of potential customers, making tele calls, fixing appointments with the customers and co-ordinate with internal departments.

Executive - Customer Relations
Qualifications: Smart female graduate with 2 to 3 years experience in service/ hospitality industry, who is Soothing, Charming, vibrant, receptive, courteous and inviting. Good communication Skills, customer handling skills and basic computer competencies are essential.

Receptionist/ Hostess
Qualifications: Smart female graduate with 2 to 3 years experience in service/ hospitality industry, who is confident, vibrant courteous, attentive and cheerful. Good communication skills, excellent telephone etiquette, interpersonal skills and basic computer competencies are essential.

Responsibilities: Invite, interact and guide the customers and maintaining high standards of housekeeping.

Secretary to General Manager
Qualifications: Graduate with minimum 5 years of experience in secretarial work with stenographic skills and flair for communication in a reputed organisation and below the age of 35 years.

Data Entry Operator
Qualifications: Graduate with Diploma in Computer Applications with 2 to 3 years of experience in data entry with knowledge in packages like MS Office and other office automation software.
