Technology Services Division

Project Manager - Embedded: (Job Code: PME-01)
Should have 5-10 years experience with following profiled: B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech in Electronics./Instrumentation Engineering. Experience in embedded hardware and software development, including architecture, design, implementation, testing, documentation, release and support. Experience in leading a team of Design Engineers, Developers. Experience in full life cycle project management in both HW and SW development.

Design Engineers: (Job Code: DE-02)
Engineers with 2-4 year of experience having thorough knowledge in in Analog, Digital and Micro controller designs. Software development using Assembly language 'C'. Should possess very good analytical skills to simulate and validate the designs.

Software Engineers: (COM/COM): (Job Code: COM-01)
Engg. Graduates (preferably in Instrumentation/Electronics) with 2+ years experience Proficient in C++, VC++, MFC, ATL, COM, VB Experience in design & development of Instrument interfacing software.

Software Engineers: (J2EE): (Job Code: J2EE-01)
Should have Design, programming experience (2-4) yrs) using object oriented principles: database design and modeling; programming involving JDBC and/or experience with ORM persistence frameworks, server side design patterns. Experience using open source unit testing frameworks like Junit, Involvement in at least 2 full cycle software development projects, developing J2EE projects involving use of EJBs, JMS projects, developing J2EE projects involving use of EJBs, JMS etc., understanding of webservers/servlet engines like tomcat.

Software Engineers: (NET): (Job Code: NET-01)
2 + years experience in Microsoft Technologies (VB, COM+, ASP, IIS, SQL 2000) with atleast 6 months of experience on .NET Technologies and XML.

Software Testing Engineers: (Job Code STE-01)
Engg. Graduates with minimum 2 years experience in Software Testing and Automation using the latest methodologies and tools like WinRunner, Load Runner etc.

Technical Writer: (Job Code: TW-01)
Graduate/PG with more than 2 years of experience in technical writing. Should be able to plan and execute documentation requirements for a product, developing and testing of documentation. Should be conversant with SDLD process.

SQA/SQA-Lead: (Job Code: SQA-01)
Graduate with strong experience in defining processes compliant with quality models like ISO/SEI/CMM/SEI/CMM/SEI/CMMI and implementing with the objective of improving organization quality levels and conversant with SDLC. Should have excellent documentation skills and written and verbal communication skills.

System Administrator: (Job Code: NW-01)
Should be B.E./B.Tech. with a MCSE/CCNA certification having atleast 3-4 years experience in handling LAN/WAN networks on Windows & Linux platforms. Should have good communication skills.

Network Assistants: (Job Code: NW-021)
Dip. /MCAs with minimum 1 year experience in any ITES company. Should have sound knowledge of installation, troubleshooting and network administration.

Manufacturing Division

Production Manager: (Job Code: PRM-01)
Experience preferably in Electronic Industry. Incumbent will be responsible for overall activities of production. Should possess good people management skills and should be well versed with the manufacturing standards and production techniques.

Material Manager (Job Code: PPC-01)
Graduate with Diploma in material management having not less than 5 yrs expereince in a manufacturing industry and should be familiar with the supply chain management concept, ERP packages. Should be responsible for Vendor Development, Material Planning & Procurement and Inventory Control . Should have very good negotation skills and will be responsible for overall production Planning & Control.

Finance Manager: (Job Code: FM-01)
Should be qualified CA with atleast 5-7 years experience, Managing independently Finance & Accounts and related administration matters. Proven skills in Complete Accounting Management, MIS and Budgeting etc.

Asst. Manager - Quality Assurance: (Job Code: QA-01)
Should be M.Sc (Chemistry) with minimum 5-6 years of experience in similar capacity. Candidate should be well versed with product Verification. Validation Standards and GLP. Preferably to have knowledge of Quality Standards ISO, 6 Sigma & TQM.

Asst. Manager - Customer Support: (Job Code: CS-01)
Should be B.Tech/M.Sc (Electronics/Chemistry) with 3-4 years of similar experience in Customer Support activities and will be responsible to coordinate for all the branches across the India.
