We are a multinational textile group with headquarters at Jakarta, Indonsia having world class manufacturing facilities in Indonesia, Thailand, Sri Lanka, Turkey, India and a global marketing network Our core competency is production of textile raw materials, namely polyester yarns and fiber, spun yarns, sewing threads and bottle grade resins. We are on the lookout for the following positions for our operations:

1. Head of New Quality Initiatives (Six sigma, etc)
   The company is looking for a senior executive with an excellent track record of initiating new quality programs for its divisions across live countries. The candidate must be closely conservant with Six Sigma, and should preferably be a Black Belt himself. He should also have implementation experience of other quality initiatives such as TQM, 5S, Kaizen, SGA, etc. the candidate must demonstrate leadership qualities as he would be expected to work with senior members of the management. He should have an engineering background with a maximum age limit of 50.

2. Export Marketing Manager (Yarns & Fibers)
   The candidate should be a B.Tech (Textiles) and preferably with a MBA and minimum of 2 years of experience in the export of spun yarns, polyester filament yarns, and/or polyester staple fibre. The candidate should have international marketing experience, including sufficient trips to foreign countries and direct interaction with customers. The incumbent should not be more than 35 year of age.

3. Dy. Manager/Manager (Accounts)
   The candidate should be a qualified. C.A. and must have exposure to a manufacturing environment and activities such as factory accounting. Budgeting, MIS, costing, purchasing, and material management, preferably in a textile mill. The incumbent should be more than 32 years of age.

4. Brand Manager (Yarns& fibers)
   The candidate should preferably be a B.Tech (Textiles) with a MBA and minimum of 4 years of experience in international marketing of yarns and/or fibers. He would be expected to manage the product branding activities of the group, spearhead compelling product offerings, and get the company's trademarked yarns and fibers nominated by large end users and multinational retail organizations such as Nike, Reebok, etc.

5. HR - Executive
   The company is looking for a young, dynamic enthusiastic and well-qualified HR Executive with a Masters Degree from a reputed institution (preferably XRLI) and should not be more than 32 years of age. The candidate should have worked for a repted organization with strong HR practices.
