Senior System Administrator UNIX
Candidate must have over 5 years of UNIX/LINUX administration experience, knowledge of FreeBSD specifics would be an added advantage. Must also have strong experience with kernel internals, Apache and Tomcat customization, NIS, MySQL, PostgreSQL sendmail, DNS intermals, as well as Perl and shell scripting capabilities. This is a senior position requiring a serious UNIX guru!

Senior System Administrator Win NT
Candidate must have 5 years of experience administering NT and Win2K servers. Should have in depth knowledge of IIS and Windows networking, and experience with MsSQL. MsAccess, as well as running high traffic Internet sites on Microsoft platform. Working knowledge of Apache, FTP, BNC, and mail service a huge plus.

Junior System Administrator
Candidate must have experience in Unix/Linux administration and Networking. Knowledge of JavaScript, Tomcat, Apache, NIS, MySQL, PostgreSQL, sendmail, Perl, Shell Scripting would be preferable. Knowledge of FreeBSD specifics would be an added advantage. An excellent command over English language is a major pre-requisite.

Software Architect
As a Software Architect you will be responsible for defining Software Product architecture. You will also set technical direction, schedule, oversee, and evaluate the efforts of other software engineers and develop project plans, functional and design specifications.
Must poses experience with data modeling and database design, including Object Oriented Analysis, Design & Development Methodologies (UML, OMG and ODMG). You will also need to possess experience with all phases of the development life cycle.
The position will be very hads-on and in-depth knowledge and experience with Java, J2EE, XML and JDBC is alos required.

Project Manager
The candidates MUST have a minimum of 6+ years of experience with atleast 2 years in a Managerial/Team Lead Position. Should have worked as a Project Manager on atleast 3-4 projects leading a team of 10 to 12 professionals. Should have more than five years of software. Consulting or domain experience preferably in Web and Java technologies.

Web Developer
Strong HTML/DHTML, must be an expert in Javascript able to write complex dynamec web browser applications. Minimum of 3 years experience. PHP and basic database knowledge a plus.
