Networking Engineer- (Code: NEW)
Skills: Troubleshooting of Hardware/ Network. Installation/Configuration of OS, Cisco Routers, Leased line. Should have worked on Linux, Windows 2000 ADS, Terminal Services, Mail Servers.
Experience: Minimum 1 year in a medium-large organization.
Customer Care Executive- (Code: CCE)
Skills: Any graduate or higher degree. Highly proficient with written & spoken English Interest in email, internet marketing & market research Experience with Customer support/help desk over internet/telephone To guide customers use the portal services Report faults, Follow-ups, Customer interaction.
Experience: Minimum 1 year within Support/Help-Desk environment.
Quality Assurance Leader- (Code: QAL)
Skills: Though knowledge of ISO 9001:2000 standards. Quality process building, implementation, training & administration. Should have held MR position in an ISO company. Knowledge of service industries/ BPO operations preferred. BS 7799/Softsware QA experience an added advantage
Experience: Minimum of 2 years within Services industry.
