Its mobile service- Reliance India Mobile, was commercially launched on May 1, 2003. In just over year it is set to become the largest mobile service provider in the country with over 5.5 million subscribers.

In order to augment the team which is required to keep pace with the growth, we are looking for young professionals in the areas of Commercial, Billing, Collection, IT and Customer Care (Location - Ahmedabad, Baroda, Surat, Rajkot and Saurashtra region).
Commercial (MIS, Budget, Audit & Process Management)
Job Profile: Professionals with experience in audit coordination, core accounting activities, MIS, budgeting process management and re-engineering. Candidates should be exposed to working in ERP environment (preferably on SAP), and should possess leadership qualities, interpersonal skills, problem solving and data conceptualization capabilities. Candidates should be CA/MBA (Finance) with 2-5 years of experience in commercial field, preferably Telecom, Consumer Durables, Banking, Insurance, Credit Card or other Service Industries.
Billing, Collection, Credit Control and Revenue Assurance (B&C)
Job Profile: Professionals exposed to credit verification and credit monitoring, interfacing with identified customers/channel partners for collection targets, revenue assurance, logistics and customer data management candidates with good communication and interpersonal skills with an educational background of CA/MBA (Finance) with 2-4 years of experience in Telecom, Consumer Durables, Banking, Insurance, Credit Card or other Service Industries.
Systems Centre (IT)
Job Profile: IT professionals with experience in data management and software development with good analytical and problem solving skills. The candidates should be MCA/B.Tech with 3-5 years of experience, preferably in IT, Telecom, Consumer Durables, Banking, Insurance, Credit Card or other Service Industries.
Human Resource Commercial (HRC)
Job Profile: Commerce graduates with 4-5 years of experience in employee related transactions, time management, wage & Salary administration and statutory compliances, comfortable with working in ERP environment (Preferably on SAP. Candidates should possess strong aptitude of customer orientation and problem solving capabilities with working exposure preferably in Telecom, Consumer Durables, Banking, Insurance, Credit Card or other Service Industries.
Customer Care (CC)
Job Profile: Graduates with a zeal for achieving customer satisfaction, improved customer retention, implementation of world-class processes, with an outstanding educational background (an MBA degree would be an added advantage) plus a drive to perform and excel in a professional career. Candidates with excellent communication and interpersonal skills with 3-8 years of experience, of which at least 2 years involve core customer care activities and processes with Telecom, Consumer Durables, Banking, Insurance, Credit Card or other Service Industries.
All the above positions would require high level of computer proficiency and literacy.
