Qualifications (for all positions): Engineering or equivalent degree e.g. B.E., B.Tech., M.C.A. In addition, a management degree is desirable for the Product Manager positions.

Software Engineers/ Technical Leads (Product development)
2-8 years hardcore programming experience in C, C++, Java, Oracle, multithreading, system calls in the Unix environment.

Telecom Software Engineers/ Project Leads /Project Managers
4-8 years experience in Telecom Projects. In-depth knowledge of GSM, SS7, IN and good understanding of telecom billing. Customer orientation and communication skills. Job involves extensive foreign travel.

Product Managers
3-6 years experience with at least 1-3 years in GSM-related products. Knowledge of wireless telephony and SS7 signaling protocols. Primary responsibilities: defining Roamware's products and managing the product roadmap.

Quality Engineers
3+ years experience in testing mission-critical software. Ability to design and execute good test cases. Knowledge of SQL essential. Experience in telecom domain desirable. Software development skills in C++/Java desirable.

Software Build and Release Engineer
3+ years strong experience in Software configuration Management. Experience on one or more SCM software packages such as ClearCase, CVS, VSS etc.
