R&D Division - Noida
Mentor Noida R&D Center is developing key Behavioral, RTL and gate level tools for Mentor's next generation Emulation, Synthesis and formal tools. The Noida center is also the prime development center of Mentor's pioneering transaction-based verification technology called "co-modeling".

We are looking for people with strong technical background to meet our following openings:

Project Leaders
a) FPGA Synthesis Validation/ Characterization/ Optimization Group
Knowledge of Verilog, VHDL, FPGA, Synthesis, Validation and Formal verification and an experience of 5-6+ years

b) Advanced Verification debug GUI Group
Knowledge of TCL/TK, C, C++ and an experience of 4+ years

Lead Member Technical Staff
a) HDL Simulation Optimization Group
Knowledge of Verilog, VHDL, C, C++, Compiler and Simulation Concepts and an experience of 2-4+ years

b) Emulation Software Group
Knowledge of EDA Algorithm Design, C, C++, Digital Design Concepts and strong analytical skills with an experience of 3-5 years

Software Engineers/ Senior Software Engineers
a) Debug GUI of Verification Tools group
Knowledge of C, C++, Tcl/Tk, EDA experience necessary, knowledge of DFT a plus and an experience of 2-4+ years

b) Testbench Synthesis Group
Knowledge of C, C++ software skills, good HDL understanding, Synthesis and Simulation concepts, experience of 2-4+ years

c) Validation of Verification Tools Group
Knowledge of verilog & VHDL RTL Design skills, exposure to scripting languages like Perl and Awk, working knowledge of C, C++ and 2-3 years of RTL design experience

Qualifications:
Graduate having a B.Tech/ M.Tech degree in CS/ EE/ Electronics with excellent grades from a top ranking University.

Customer Support Division - Hyderabad/ Bangalore/ Noida
The company's customer Support division (CSD) offers innovative solutions and constantly aims to be the services leader in helping engineers overcome the design challenges they face in the complex worlds of board and chip design.

The division has taken great strides forward and is the only EDA customer Support Division to receive the STAR (Software Technical Assistance Recognition) Award five times.

Mentor Graphics CSD India, a pioneer in providing support to EDA customers worldwide, is expanding its operations in India. We have immediate openings for Customer Applications Engineers in the Customer support Division in 3 locations in India: Hyderabad, Bangalore and Noida in the following areas:

• Design-for-Test
• Simulation
• Physical Verification
• Emulation

• PCB Design

Qualifications & Experience:

• B.Tech/M.Tech Degree in CS/EE/ Electronics
• 4+ years of experience in tools and areas like Fastscan, Flextest, TestKompress, DC, Modelsim, Leonardo, Precision, SimplifyPro, Calibre, Quickturn, VStation, BoardStation, Expedition, BIST, RTL design, IC layout, DRC, LVS, FPGA architecture, and PCB Design
• Trouble shooting and research skills
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
• Demonstrated ability to constantly "deliver beyond" the customer expectations will be a key differentiator.

Sales Division - Bangalore

Account Manager (Global Accounts):
We require a sales oriented individual with a strong account planning background who has the drive and enthusiasm to penetrate beyond basic customers' needs. Should be familiar with the design environment of big multinational accounts.

Application Engineers:
We require a team player who will provide pre and post sales EDA solutions and technical consultations to customers. Candidates with experience in one of the following areas preferred- design for Test, Physical verification i.e. Calibre, Simulation / synthesis, Emulation and Analogue/ Mixed Signal. Candidate should have the ability to deliver technical presentations, demonstrations and training as well as provide evaluation and benchmark support to customers.

Sales Manager:
We require a good team motivator who recognizes emerging technological opportunities and maintains a strategic plan to achieve revenue, profitability, and quota goals. Must possess strong interpersonal and communications skills in order to build strategic business relationships. Strong leadership attributes with good planning and organizational skills that ensure organizational cooperation are required. Must possess good technical knowledge and management know-how to manage both Account Managers and Applications engineers within a specific territory.

Qualifications & Experience:
Candidates must possess a Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Must have good technical knowledge and at least 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in EDA industries. Ability to build customer relationships through strong interpersonal skills that can help Mentor expand its customer base of multinational accounts.
