Software Development Project Manager
Job Description: This position would manage the software development, QA, and tech support parts of our business, including interface with clients, pre-sales activities and deployment.

Desired Profile: You must be a BE/B.Tech graduate with 8-12 years of IT experience. Should have experience in Project Manaement, Architecting, Design, Scope definition, System Analysis & study, Staff development. Incumbent must have excellent written and oral comjunication skills, creativity and innovation and must have an ability to lead a team in a fast-paced multi-disciplinary environment. Must have an expertise in Java/J2EE, ASP, VB, .NET, Microsoft, Legacy, Unix, Windows, Architects. Should be involved in Presales activities such as preparing proposals, giving Presentations/Soultions to the client and scooping the projects. Should have handled minimum of 10-20 team members. Ideal candidate would have been responsible for multiple simultaneous project management of medium sized team and effective monitoring of the management of software deliverables under cost, quality and schedule constraints, and client communication.

Head - Business Development
Desired Profile: Candidate must possess a MBA and a B.E/B.Tech. degree. Senior managers specaializing in Content Sales-Mobile and Web with a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, strong project management disciplines, multi-national company experience, and a strategic planning background in development of long-range plans and delivery are invited to apply. Experience and extensive accomplishment in relatinship sales with wireless operators, with the relationship based not on a product, portals and distribution partners will be gtiven preference. Ideal candidate would have been responsible in pre and sales processes as well as led a national level team of sales people.

Account Manager - Mobile Marketing
Desired Profile: This position requires 3- 5 years minimum experience with an advertising or creative promotions agency of international stature including accomplishment in idealth the design, and at a minimum, the execution of creative marketing programs for brand and media companies with tangible positive results. Should also have a minimum or years experience in software development and management. the person should have management and supervisory experience. be able to make presentations to clients, an ideally be familiar with software and technology to a reasonable degree of proficience ideally, a degree in marketing would be an added plus with a technical background Candidates with experience in building and leading a very high caliber team of technical complete with customer sales and support will be given preference.
