Technical

CTO [Code: CTO]
The CTO would create and lead the technology vision of the company; lead the company's R&D and product development initiatives with comprehensive responsibility which would include Designing, development, Testing, Development and Maintenance. He will also be responsible for creating a strong engineering discipline and will be the technical face of the organization to the customer and the investor community.

The incumbent should be a proven technology leader in the space of telecom software and an engineer with a track record of working with reputed companies. He should be innovative and have strong ability to deliver in a challenging environment.

Head-Service Delivery [Code: SD]
The incumbent would assume overall responsibility of all deployed applications and products in the ASP production environment. He will manage a team of network engineers, software engineers and help-desk executives. The candidate should be an engineer with an MBA and possess strong operational skill and overall experience of at least 8 years. Strong coordination skill with overall understanding of Networking, Systems Administration, Databases and SDLC is a pre-requisite.

Head-Technical Support [Code: TS]
The candidate should be an Engineer with over 6 years experience in technical support activity in a telecom software organization.

Program Managers [Code: PM]
Candidates should possess full SDLC expertise and domain knowledge in telecom space in at least 2 of the following areas: SS7, Gateways (SMPP, CIMD), SMSC, OTA, STK, WAP, MMS and Database. Candidates should be BES/MCAs with software engineering experience of over 8 years including at least 2 years experience in leading a team of developers in a reputed telecom software company.

Engineers [Code: SE]
Engineers are required at various levels. Candidates should be qualified Engineers/ MCAs from a reputed institute with 2-6 years of hands-on experience in at least 3 of the following areas: ASP, Java, J2ME, VB, Net, Websphere, Application Server, Oracle, SQL, STK, WAP, MMS.

Business Development

Mgr-Business Solution & Strategy [Code: BS]
Candidates should be MBAs with over 8 years of experience including work experience in the VAS areas of telecom industry.

Mgr-Strategic Development [Code: MSD]
Candidate has to drive strategic business initiatives, formulate business strategy and bring synergy with associated group companies. He should be an MBA from a premium institute with outstanding academic and professional track record.

Mgr. Alliance Partnership [Code: MAP]
Candidates should be MBAs with over 6 years experience and possess ability to conceptualise, forge and manage alliance partnership to create a strong ecosystem around the company.
