Technical Support Specialist-Level 1 (CCTSS01):
You should be a Graduate with/or MCP, MCSE, A+. You should have 0 to 6 months relevant experience in a Technical Contact Center or should have computer support experience (Hardware/OS). Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills are a must. Candidates passing out before June 2004 can also apply.
Technical Support Specialist-Level 2 (CCTSS02):
You should be Graduate with/or MCP, MCSE, A+. You should have relevant experience in handling escalated Technical problems. Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills are a must.
Product Trainers (CCPT):
You Should be a Graduate with/or MCP, MCSE, A+, with 3+ years experience including at least 18 months of relevant training experience. Familiarity with CRM Tools will be an advantage.
Case Manager (CCTCO):
You should be a Graduate with/or MCP, MCSE, A+. You will be required to provide resolutions to customer issues and handle technical escalations. You will be a part of the third tier escalation group. Should be able to work in a multiple team environment. Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills are a must.
Quality Analyst (CCQA):
You should be a Graduate/post Graduate with knowledge of computers. You should have 2+ years experience including at least 18 months in a Contact Center. Process Audit/Mentoring experience in a Contact Center will be an added advantage. You should be conversant with CRM Tools.
