z/OS System Programmers.
Provide support to z/OS server envirnment. Product install/support/customization, disaster recovery, printing support. ESMA standards.

z/OS DB2 System Programmers.
Maintain, customize and support the z/OS DB2 environment. Product install/admin/support/customization, disaster recovery. ESMA standards. Skills: QMF, Stored procedures, SQL, DB2 Admin Tools, DB2/PM. DB2 Utilities (Load, Reorg, Recover), BMS Utilities, DB2/PM.

z/OS Security Adminsitrators and Analysts.
Define/protect system rsesources, id/resouce management & reporting. Support audits and process reviews. Skills:z/OS security administration, IT security and audit process experience, RACF.

z/OS Storage Analysts.
Perform backup/recovery, technical support, media handling, ligrary management for DASD/TAPE, media security.

Skills: TSO, ISPF, ManageNow, SRMS, HSM, DFDSS, ICFDSF, RMM, SMS, RVA hardware, ESS hardware, RAMAC hardware, ATL/VTS hardware, RVA monitor, DAIS, ICFDSF, DASD Pool Monitor, IXFP, Optimiser, TDMF, ATL/VTS hardware; Catalog structures and Solutions, IDCAMS, ESMS (GSD) Standards, REXX, SAS, JAVA, Corporate Security Standards.

z/OS Production Analysts.
Control/setup schedule/balance the batch jobs. Administer/maintain/ support the output management system. Corrention of batch failures. File management Define/document standards for code promotion and applications accedards for code promotion and applications acceptance criteria. Migrate code/to/from various staging libraries to/from production.

Skills: JCL, Change control, batch scheduling, output management, security and batch automation.

Windows/Intel Server and Seurity Support.
Support Win NT Servers. Health Checks, SCIP, Calendar and Artifact management and advisory for recommending fiexs. Process improvements.

Skills : Win NT/2000 on IBM Xservies, Active Directory, Windows Server technologies.

Z/OS IMS System Programmers
Support the z/OS IMS environment. Product install/support/customization, disaster recovery. Integrate with other z/OS environments.

AS/400 Technical Support and Security Administration
System support for installs/upgrades. Deine/protect system resources. Preform id/resource management & reporting. Support audits and process reviews.

Skills: OS400, PTEs (fixpacks), Scripting, Editors, Product suite, JCL, CLIST, security subsystems & tools.

AIX System, Storage, Security Administration & Application Support
Maintain/ support AIX servers. Backup/recovery, technical support, media handling, storage library management, media sucruity processes. Define/protect system. Perform id/resource management & reporting. Support audits and process reviews.

Skills: RS 600 servers, SP, PSSP, HACMP/HAGeo/GeoRM, Tivoli Storage Manager, 3494 automated storage library, SSA disk subsystems, TCPIP, SAN, FTP/ SSH/NFS, Secureway Firewall, QIP, WTE, HIS, Sendmail, Bind.

z/OS CICS System Programmers
Support the z/OS CICS environment. Product install/support/customization, disaster recovery, Integrate with . other/z/OS environments.

Skills: Integrating CICS with: MVS, ACF/TAM, RACF, DB2, IMS, QMF, MQ Series, TCP/IP, build CICS regions, CICS Resource Definition.

Lotus Notes/Domino System Administrators
Administer and deploy LN/Domino servers on Win NT and AIX. Support groupware and messaging applications.

Console Operators.
Install and perform distributed/ remote monitoring for servers. Create resource management configurations. Perform monitoring test procedures.

Skills: Operational Experience on Unix or Linux systems.

Broadly you should be familiar with any of the following:

1. IBMs/390 or comparable mainframes.
2. OS/400, AIX or similar Unix environments.
3. Windows NT or 2000.

Preferred experience:
4+ years Data Centre experience with good problem solving skills and good command over spoken English.
