1. Project Manager (Code: USHACOMM/PM)
   The Person: Ideal candidate should have excellent skills in project management, project execution and delivery. Experience in Telecom OSS market in leadership role would be advantageous. Excellent communication and team building skils are desirable.

   The Person: The candidate would be responsible for the entire life cycle of software/product development. Should have experience in medium to large-scale business applications and exposure in handling international assignments. Excellent communication skills and team player attributes are desirable.

   Technical Expertise: Solid hands-on experience in C++, Oracle, CORBA, Otbix E2A, UNIX/NT. Experience in Design Patterns, UML, S/W life cycle and Telecom applications are preferred. Exposure in ROGUE WAVE & ILOG Rusles would be an added advantage.

   The Person: Would be responsible for testing of telecom billing product.

   Expertise: Knowledge on testing methodology and experience on writing st plan, test cases, conducting intergration and system testing is essential Knwoeldge on usage of testing tool viz. Rational test Suite, Winrunner, Lo adrunner is desirable. Excellent communication skills and team player attributes are required.

5. Quality Assurance (CODE: USHACOMM/QA)
   The Person: Would be responsible for Software Quality Assurance and process improvement activities. Extensive knowledge on ISO standards, CMM/CMMI models is essential. Hands on experience on Software Quality Assurance, Software Process Definition & Implementation, Software Process Improvement and Metric Analysis is a must. The candidates should be thorough and conversant with Software Lifecycle methodologies, and Software Enineeing Skills. Knowledge on six-sigma concept is desirable. Candidate must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and should be able to work in a team.

6. Sales Executive (CODE: USHACOMM/SE)

   The Person: should have proven track record of converting leads to a sale, creating opportunities and being able to boost organization image amongst the Telecom Service Providers. Past experience of handling Govt PTTs will be a distinct advantage.

   Expertise: Should have the requisite skills and acumen for selling software solutions in the OSS/BSS space for Mobile and/or Fixed Line Service Providers in India.

   Experience & Qualification: engineering graduate (Management Degree will be added advantage) from a reputed institute with 7-10 years of expereince with a min of 6-8 years of working in telecom software industry/Telecom services providers in India. Technical knowledge of the OSS environment, with good understanding of the economiv factors, is a must for the above position.

7. Assistant Project Manager (CODE: USHACOMM/APM)
   The Person: Ideal candidate should have handled small projects independently & must have excellent leadership and communication abilities.

   Expertise: Should be proficient in Oracle/UNIX.

   Experience:& Qualification: BE/Mtech with 6 years of work experience, preferably in Telecom & interconnect settlements.

8. System Engineer (IC) (CODE: USHACO/MM/SEC)
   The Person: Ideal candidate should have good working knowledge of C++ &/Java.

   Expertise: Should have worked on UNIX platforms for atleast 2 years.

   Experience & Qualification: BE/MTech from a reputed institute. UNIX certification is a must. Should have worked as a System Administrator for the past 2 years. Knowledge of Oracle will be preferred. Previous experience in Telecom & Interconnect settlements will be an advantage.

9. Mediation Engineer (CODE: USHACO/MM/MED)
   The Person : Should have previously been involved in maintenance, installation or upkeep of one of the switches used in BSNL.

   Expertise: Knowledge of Switch Technologies, Conversters and Mediation solution will be essential.

   Experience & Qualification : BE/Mtech with 3 to 4 years of experience of working in a reputed Telco.

10. Network Administrator (CODE: USHACOMM/NA)

    The Person: Should have a good knowledge on Leased Lines, OFC, Switches, Routers, Modems and all related Network equipment.

    Experience & Qualification: Graduate with minimum of 5 years of experience as a technical writer, out of which at least the last 2 years should be as team leader.

15. Pre-sales and Technical Bid Management (CODE: USHACOMM/CNP)
    The Person: Responsible for developing technical responses to RFPs/RFIs/RFQs by gathering the business requirements and understanding the prospective clients' business model. Should map the customers' requirements to UshaComm's products and perform broad levelGAP analysis in order to propose the best-fit solution. Also responsible for recommending optimal hardware for deployment, on-site bid preparation/management, presentations and product demonstrations. Would be required to take part in Market Study activities and scope study exercises on a need basis.

    Expertise: Excellent communication skill, both written and verbal, ability to clearly present the technical features of the product in a business perspective to clients. Capability to transiate business scenarios into product specific features and determine the level of compliance/fitment of the products via-a-vis the requirements. Should be a team player, with high sense of responsibility and commitment to the job. Knowledge of telecom OSS/BSS domain, especially in customer care and billing would be preferred. Basic knowledge of databases would be an added advantage.
