    Senior Management - Delhi

  1. Vice President Finance (VPF-1)

    Job Specification
    Experience 5 years or more in similar capacity.

    Job Description As head of finance, revenue, general accounts and the treasury, the incumbent will play a key role in the domestic & international expansion programme of the airline, which involves huge investment outlay, preparing the next 5 years business plan. Negotiation with Indian & international financial Institutions such as EXIM Bank and government Financial agencies such as Reserve Bank of India, besides interactions & contracting with aircraft manufacturers, lessors, service providers and other major aircraft rotable suppliers will also be an integral part of the job profile.

    As the business is of dynamic nature, the job requires a good understanding of business processes, revenue management and a key focus on cost control.

  2. General Manager - International Sales (GMIS-2)

    Job Specification
    Qualification: MBA in Business Management/ Marketing.

    Experience: 12-15 years with reputed international airline(s).

    Job Description: He/she should be proficient in identifying prospective markets, looking at competitor's activities and creating a competitive product. The position will involve making revenue budget and territory wise targets beside GSA management and establishing business relationship with international partners. The incumbent should possess excellent communication skills, should be a great team player and a computer literate. He/she should have a pleasing and dynamic personality , an analytical mind with affinity for figures and good negotiation skills.

  3. General Manager - Revenue (GMR-3)

    Job Specification

    Qualification: CA/MBA in Finance will be an added advantage.

    Experience: 12 years in Airline Revenue management with a reputed international or domestic airline in India or abroad.

    Job Description: This is a critical function as the airline is in the process. The challenge is in implementing the required systems in the right time frame and managing the revenue in close coordination with sales & finance, Computer literacy, dynamic personality and strong interpersonal skills are a must for the position.

  4. Sales Manager (M.S.04)

    Job Specification
    Age: 27-30 years.
    Qualifications: Graduate, preferably MBA.

    Experience: 7-10 years in the service industry or an International airline or Travel Agency.

    Job Description: he should be a team leader with excellent interpersonal skills and a pleasing personality. He should be proficient in English and a computer literate. Knowledge of a foreign language will be an asset. This position requires extensive traveling.

  5. Manager (M.S.-05)

    Job Specification
    Age: 30-32 years.

    Qualification: Graduate, preferably MBA.

    Experience: 10-12 years in the service industry or an International airline or Travel Agency.

    Job Description: should be aware of emerging trends in the Aviation & Travel industry. Should be a team leader with excellent interpersonal/people management skills and willing to work under pressure to achieve pre-determined targets. Must have excellent analytical skills. Proficiency in English langage and knowledge of a foreign language will be an added advantage. Computer literacy is a must.

  6. Assistant Manager (A.M.S.06)
    Job Specification

    Age: 26-28 years.

    Qualification: Graduate, preferably MBA.

    Experience : 5-6 years in the Service Industry or an International Airline or Travel Agency.

    Job Descripiton: Should be able to take independent charge of a given territory. Must be proficient in English and a computer literate. Should be able to handle correspondence independently. This position requires extensive traveling.

  7. Sales Executives - All India (S.E.-07)

    Job Specification
    Age: 22-27 years.

    Qualification: Graduate, preferably Mba or equivalent.

    Job Description: The incumbent should be a team player with excellent communication. Skills. Reprorting directly to the ales manager, he/she will be required to achieve pre-determined targetrs and demonstrate exceptional service delivery skills, proficiency in English, knowledge of a foreign language and computer literacy will be an added advatage.

  8. Sales Officer - All India (S.O.-08)
    Job Specification

    Age: 22-25 years.

    Qualification: Graduates

    Experience: 0-2 years in the Service Industry Job Description: The candidate willwork with the sales team and pursuer the objectives in terms of sales targets and information flow to the point of sale. The person should have a pleasing personality and the will to perform. Proficiency in English, knowledge of a foreign language and computer literacy will be an added advantage.

  9. Senior Manager - Commerce (SMC-9)
    Job specifications:

    Experience: 8-10 years in the Travel/Hospitality/Services Industry.

    Job Description: Being the key driver for generating revenue the person should have been in a business development role at various functional levels, which include, the Internet and the Holidays Business.

    He/she should be able to handle a team of executives, lead and guide then in achieving revenue targets. Reproting and working with G.M. Marketing, he will be a part of the marketing think tank.

  10. Senior Manager - Loyalty (SML-10)
    Job Specification:

    Job Description: The key focus area will be in maintaining open communication with ruguar fliers and continuously updating them on various programes/products. Should have a strong foucs on customer feedback and should be quick to revert with all the necessary and relevant information to the customer. This feedback must be addressed internally within Air Sahara and must ensure proper action to either complement or rectify the concerned area.

    He should have handled a team of customer support exectuves and should be in a position to lead and guide the team towards relationship marketing. Will report and work closely with GM-Marketing.

  11. Senior Manager - Brand (SML-11)
    Job Specification:

    Experience: 8-10 years in Brand Management

    Job Description: Being the brand custodian, he/she will be responsible for creating the brand identity for the airline. The responsibilities will include setting standards for the airline product and defining the service delivery parameters. Should have a strong focus on communications.

    He should have handled a team of executives and should be in a position lead and guide the team towards its objectives. Wil report and work closely with GM-marketing

  12. Product Manager E/M Commerce (PMC-12)

    Job Specifications:
    Experience: 5-7 years in the Internet environment with key responsibilities in building alliances and partnerships.

    Job Description: Should be well versed in the technology area so as to create various opportunities of enerating revenue and driving WWW traffic to transact. Will report directly to the Senior manager - Commerce.

  13. Product Manager - Air Sahara Holidays (PM-13)

    Job Specification:
    Experience: 5-7 years in Holiday Travel Companies where in have been involved in defining the Indian Holdiay produt/packages.

    Job Description: Well versed with Indian Holiday destinations and hotal/ground operators with focus on negotiaiting the right product at the right price. He will report to the Senior Manager - Commerce.

  14. Product Manager - Alliances & Partnerships (PMAP-14)

    Job specification:
    Experience: 5 years in the Business Development environment.

    Job Description: His primary function will be to forge relationships with like-minded brands in enhancing the customer loyalty for Air sahara fliers.

    He will work in close coordination with the Cards Manager and the Bid in 'WIN Manager. He will report directly to the Senior Manager - Loyalty.

  15. Senior Executive- Holidays (SHE-15)

    Job Specification:
    Experience: 3-5 years in Holiday Travel Companiee.

    Job Description: The person should have an exhaustive knowledge about various destinations within India and should be capable of developing newer itineraries and packages. Should be a good communicator and will report directly to the Product Manager - Holidays.

  16. Senior Executive - Market Research (SEMR-16)

    Job specification:
    Experience: 3-5 years in a Market Research Agency.

    Job Description: the person should have been involved in various projects at the consumer level preferably in the services industry. Working with Senior Brand Manager, this person will direct the research activities of the airline.

  17. Senior Executive - Marketing Support (SEMS-17)

    Job Specification:
    Experience: 3-5 years in a marketing environment in the Services Industry.

    Job Description: Will be responsible for addressing and brand promotion activities of the airline and will work closely with the Senior Brand manager in the implementation of various promotional activities.

    Quality Assurance & System Implementation - Delhi

  18. Sr. Managers, Managers and Assistant Managers (SEMS-18)

    Job Specification:
    Experience : 5-6 years in quality, customer satisfaction, environment and OHSAS, preferably in the Service Industry.

    Job description: He/she should have an excellent communication and presentation skills along with people management and leadership qualities. The incumbent should have an exposure to building Business Processes and various International Systems & Business Models like EFQM and CI EXIM.

  19. Airport Manager (AM-19)

    Job Specification
    Age: Below 35 years.

    Qualification: graduates/MBAs will be preferred.

    Experience: 5-10 years in Aviation Industry in Domestic and International operation..

  20. Customer Service Officers/Sr. Officers - All India (CSO-20)

    Job Specification

    Age: 20-26 years

    Qualification: Graduates/Hotel Management Graduates preferably with excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and local language.

    Experience: 2-5 years .

    Marital Status: Unmarried

    Job Description: shall be responsible for anticipating customer needs and meeting these expectation in a professional manner. Should posses excellent inter-personal skills with an affable personality. Customer care experience in the service industry will prove to be an advantage.

    Job Specification
    Qualification: Graduate, Diploma in Hotel Management

    Experience: 3 years in the Food Beverage Industry.

    Job Description: Should have good communication skills. Proficiency in computers is desirable.

    Qualification: B.Com. Graduate

    Job Specification
    Qualification: Graduate with a basic knowledge of computer and Diploma in Travel and Tourism.

    Experience: 2-3 years.

    Job Descriptions: A pleasing presonlity with good communication skills in Hindi and English. He/she should be willing to work in shift duties.

  24. Manager, Assistant Manager, Sr. Exectuive & Officer

    Job Specification

    Age: 22-32 years.

    Qualification: Graduates, preferably MBA

    Experience: 0-10 years

    Job Description: a leader with great communication skills and knowledge of air cargo sales and operations. Will supervise a team of sales executives and shall be responbile for selling and achieving cargo sales in terms of tonnage and revenue.

    Candidates with lesser experience/ or freshers will be considered for Sr. Executive/ Officer level. Proficiency in English and computer literacy is a must.

    Job Descriptions: The candidates should possess knowledge of Aviation Quality Control/Aviation Stores. Should be well versed with Aircraft Technical Literature with good communication skills and proficiency in comuters.

    Qualification: Type Licensed Aircraft maintenance Engineers on Boeing 737-300, 400, 500, 700 and 800 aircraft.

  29. Hardware Engineer (HE-29)

    Job specification

    Qualification: Graduate Engineer with MCSC and CCNA Certification.

    Experience: 2+ years. in LAN/WAN Management and Security. Knowledge of telecommunication and airline experience will be preferred.

    Job Specification
    Qualification: MCA/MSCD
    Experience: 2+ years in NET, Web Development, MSSQL/MySQ/ORACLE, CGI, OS knowledge Windows/ NT/ 2000, Linux.

  31. Web Executive (W.E.-31)

    Job Specification

    Qualification: Graduate

    Experience: 5+ years in designing and visualization with knowledge of Flash, Photoshop/CorelDraw and studio MAX.
