Our offshore product development center in Noida, India is seeking successful, outstanding professionals for the following positions:

VP-Product Implementation and Support

• Role: Lead a team of software professionals and Business Analysts to provide customized implementation of our-e-Governance product suite at our client sites in the US. The candidates will be responsible for establishing the culture and processes to achieve repeatable and cost effective implementations requiring minimum support after going live.

• Profile
  • An engineering degree from a reputed Institute. A post graduate management degree is highly desirable
  • 18 + years of IT experience with at least 8 years in leading large ERP/product implementations
  • Experience in leading software projects from inception to delivery including deployment and support of production systems
  • High level of flexibility, ability to build teams and influence others
  • Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills

Software Architect

• Role: The role is a challenging blend of providing technical leadership and team management to deliver a high quality, highly configurable complex product on tight deadlines. Candidate will be responsible for helping establish overall component -based product architecture based on Microsoft.Net framework that allows flexibility of independent deployment or an integrated deployment of various e-Governance products.

• Profile
  • Degree in engineering from a reputed Institute
  • 15+ years of experience in large software projects
  • Thorough understanding & hands-on experience of object -oriented methodology
  • Ability to manage time and resources to meet targets
  • Strong desire to take responsibility & be accountable for the results
  • Strong influencing ability to get work done through a diverse set of people
