For our Design Automation Technology Group at India Development Centre, Bangalore - developing world-class, leading edge Design Flow Systems & Libraries for the latest CMOS technologies with the focus on 90nm and pre-development for 65nm - we are looking for highly motivated engineering professionals.

Head-Design Automation Technology
Role: Lead an emerging department of 90 to 200 people
Skills: More than 10 years of experience in semiconductor library design, design automation or circuit design

more than 4 year of experience in leading big teams (>40)
Strong leadership capabilities

Library Development Engineers

Team Leads/Engineers - Test Chip
Role:

Silicon verification of advanced design methodologies and libraries
Characterization of DSM effects

Skills:

Design, layout and verification of complex Ics using modern EDA tools
Design for test Circuits for electrical characterizations
Basic knowledge of standard cells, SRAMs and IO interface architectures

Engineers - Cell Library
Role: Development of leading edge CMOS standard cell libraries

Design, optimization and electrical characterization

View modeling for advanced EDA tools

Functional and silicon verification

Automation of library generation

Engineers - Memory Compilers

Role: SRAM/ROM development
Skills:

Characterization analysis w.r.t. DSM effects
View modeling for advanced EDA tools
Regression test

Design Flow Engineers

Team Leads/Engineers - Mixed Signal
Skills:

Analog/mixed-signal tools and flows (in Cadence DFII environment)-Layout Generator, Circuit Simulation (Analog Aritst, Spectre, Statistical circuit analysis VHDL - AMS, Verilog - A)
Timing characterization (STA, Spice, Assura, Calibre) Chip/Package co-design
Design for Manufacturability

Team Leads/Engineers - Digital Tools & Flows
Skills:

Functional verification (simulation with ModelSim, Code Coverage), Formal verification (Equivalence/Property complier) and Place & Route (Blast Fusion)
Design planning (First Encounter)
VHDL/Verilog
DSM effects (Xtalk, IR drop,)

Team Leads/Engineers - Physical Layout Verification & Signal Integrity
Skills:

Integration of tools (Calibre, Assura, Star RCXT, Voltage Stom) into Cadence DFII and semi custom layout implementation flows using C++, Perl, Tcl/TK and Cadence SKILL
