Nova products is a professionally managed company and is known for its innovation and established brand positions in Soaps, Cooking Oil, Margarine, Cosmetics and Biscuits. Nova needs the following Professional for its onward march.

Marketing Directors
Marketing Director is a member of the board of directors and reports to the Managing Director. He has overall responsibility for the marketing division and is primarily responsible for formulation and implementation of the marketing policies.

The candidate in his mid 30's should be an MBA/ PGDBA in marketing from one of the TOP Business Schools with 8-12 years experience, preferably in the FMCG sector. The company provides excellent long term career prospects & very attractive compensation package for this position.

Deputy General Manager/ Maintenance
The ideal candidate should be a graduate/ postgraduate Mechanical Engineer, from one of the top Institutes, with min 15-20 years experience in project and Maintenance of a large Factory.

Civil Engineer
The ideal candidate should be a graduate/ Diploma Civil engineer from a good institute with minimum 7-10 years experience in the civil construction industry.

Shift Manager
The ideal candidates should be an oil technologist/ Chemical engineer from one of the top institutes with 5 years experience in the Soaps, edible oil industry. Preferably from a professionally managed/ multi national company.
