1. Jr Technician Growout: Graduate in Fisheries / Aquaculture or related field with around two years experience.

2. Jr Technicians Hatchery: Graduates in related field with around 3 years experience in Hatchery Operation.

3. Executive Officers / Coordinators: Graduates in Science, Commerce, Computer literate and having knowledge of Circuits and Electrical safety.

4. Electricians: Candidates with Diploma with 3 yrs experience, computer literate and having knowledge of Circuits and Electrical Safety.

5. Senior Officer Domestication: Candidates with above 8 years experience in the field of brood stock management. QA and general management of the program.

6. Senior Officer Hatchery: Profile of the ideal candidate would be one with over 8 years experience in production of Nauplii, Algae or fry and general management.

7. Pump Supervisor / Technician / Operators: High school / Diploma and 3 years experience.
