Senior Product Arcitect
Role: As head of software engineering group. Will be responsible for establishing overall component-based product architecture based on Net and Object oriented Framework that allows flexibility of independent/integrated deployment of various e-govermance products. Will establish culture and processes for innovative software-Product building and Create a high-performance team with skills in component-based object-oriented design.
Requirements: Proven track record of architecting s/w products, abstract thinking skills, ability to comprehend organize and refine large amounts of complex information. Degree in engineering from a reputed Institute, along with a post-graduate degree and at least 10 years of experience with at least 4 years in a management role.
Product Implementaion Manager
Role: Will be responsible for, creating a world-class. Highly innovative product-implementation/support group, establishing ovral process for independent/integrated deployment and support of various e-Govermance products, form and deploy optimumteams ot carry out implementations and support at multi form and deploy optimum teams to carry out implementations and support at multi sites in parallel leadin gto customer amazement.
Requirements: Proven Project Management skills handling large teams, client relationship management skills, and ability to comprehend organize and refine the business process at the client site. An engineer with Degree in Management from reputed institute with 10 years of experience and at least 4 years in a management role. Experience of ERP implementions will be an added advantage.
Business Analysts
Role: understand business processes & do detailed requirement gathering, develop business models & use cases, Interface between the client and the development team to manae requirements and change requests, Manage client relationships, Aid in preparation of documents like test plans, functional test manual, user guides, functional handbooks, etc. Experience of pre-sales like RFP responses, drafting bids, evolving sales and marketing strategy and developing project plans etc.
Requirements: High level of analytical skills with capability to interact at all levels of management. BE/MBA from reputed institues with 3-6 years of experience as Business Analyst working with good organization(s).
Oracle DBA
Role: Oracle DBA exposure, Knowledge of handling Production environments, experience indata migration, writing SQLs, Stored procedures, triggers, SQL loader, Backup and recovery methods, Oracle Database Basics including schema design, Database tuning, Physical and logical database design etc.
Requirements: BE/MCA with overall IT experience of 7-9 years. Client site experience in US an advantage.
Tester/Test Leads
Role: Enhance the current testing methodology and procedures, write Test cases/Test Scripts after understanding the functionality/use cases. Testing through automated Testing Tools, analysis of result set.
Requirements: in depth working knowledge of testing tools like Rational Robo/win Runner/MS Test, testing methodologies and procedures. BE/MCA with 3-8 years of experience. Minimum 2-3 years experience in testing Web and Client server applications using VB/asP/ASP.Net/Oracle/C#with automated testing tools.
Assistant Manager Finance
Role: Preparing and consolidating accounts, Payroll administration, MIS reporting, budgeting, forecasting, costing, involcing, Handling internal/statutory audits, Financial planning and analysis, preparing financial forecasts, project costing and performance tracking, Handling Taxation matters, Company Law, Customs, STPI etc.
Requirements: Sound knowledge of , accounting policies and procedures & US GAAP.Sharp analytical skills. Experience in preparing detailed financial models using MS Excel. CA/MBA (Finance) with 4-5 years of experience.
Manager - HR
Role: Managing the complete tecruitment process, new employee inductions, setting up HR policles and processes, Performance Management System, handling employee relations & employee motivation, managing retention & employee grievance. HR administration and Handling organizational training needs.
Requirements: An extrovert person with exposure to building processes and policies. MBA In HR from a reputed institute with 5-7 years of experience in general HR. Prior IT company experience preferred.
