Join us, at Bangalore, as -

Head of Engineering
Role:

• End to end accountability for all standard and custom boards
• Overall management of engineering functions, such as Platform Hardware, Platform Software, Design Validation & Testing, and Engineering Services (CAD, SI, Component Engineering & Documentation)
• Responsible for the engineering budget
• Integrate engineering activities and strategies with corporate and organizational goals and strategies
• Responsible for resource management & hiring

Requirements:

• Successful track record of at least 15+ years, which should have included board product development
• Knowledge of board level architectures like Intel, PowerPC, MIPS and other advanced processors a must
• Good knowledge of hardware design processes, and a track record of taking boards into production
• Knowledge of embedded software and firmware technologies.
• Should have managed a team of 80+ designers
• Experience in global design collaborations preferred

Head of Platform Hardware
Role:

• End to end responsibility for board products from India
• Provide in-depth technical and people leadership to multiple teams, each dedicated to a set of platform hardware
• Overall management of the board engineering function, in coordination with other teams like platform software, engineering support & DVT
• Responsible for process improvements and project metrics
• Responsible for budgets.

Requirements:

• Successful track record of at least 12+ years in hardware with at least 2 complete product life cycles
• In-depth experience in any 2 of Intel, PowerPC, Networks Processor and Switching technologies
• People management experience and technical mentoring capability

Hardware Design Center Manager
Role:

• Responsible for all projects (standard/custom) focusing on Intel technologies
• Responsible for scheduling project related activities and deliver the product according to metrics defined
• Coordinate with various groups (Software, DVT, Engineering Services) and bear single point accountability
• Hands-on technical manager who can technically mentor and guide board development projects

Requirements:

• Demonstrated excellence of at least 8+ years in architecting hi-speed designs using Intel based boards and other advanced 32-bit processor systems
• Good understanding of board design processes and debug techniques from start to end
• Ability to work individually as well as lead a team

Head - DVT Labs
Role:

• Provide technical and functional leadership to the engineering Design Validation & Test (DVT) team - representing the department internally, to customers, partners and suppliers
• Development & set-up of the functional & production test software
• Development, implementation & tracking of the DVT projects
• Responsible for manufacturing support & production set-up related activity for NPI.

Requirements:

• Have a thorough knowledge of validation & testing tools and processes for board level architectures using Intel, PowerPC, MIPS and other advanced processors systems
• Experience in manufacturing support and interface to NPI
