• Technically qualified, with 6-8 years of experience in setting up & maintaining systems and large networks
• Certified with MCSE or other such certification on systems
• Knowledge of VoIP, voice technologies
• Windows 2000 server, MS Exchange, Proxy Server
• Knowledge of SQL/Oracle

Sr. Network Administrator (Code: SNA 02)

• Technically qualified, with 6-8 years of experience in setting up & maintaining systems & large networks
• Cisco certified (CCNA/CCNP/CCDA)
• Understanding of TCP/IP & routing protocols
• Work experience with Cisco routers, PIX firewalls & switches

Program Manager - Technical Support (Code: PMT 03)

• MBA with Engineering background
• 5 years of experience, of which 3 years in BPO/ call center, handling technical projects
• Excellent leadership & analytical abilities

Customer Support Executive - Email (Code: CSE 04)

• Graduate Engineer/ Diploma holder in Electrical & Electronics/Electronics &Communications/Computer Science
• 1-2 years of experience in Computer Hardware-PC Assembling, Troubleshooting, Networking, Installation & Maintenance
• Good team player
• Sound written & oral communication skills
• Willingness to work in shifts
• Diploma in Hardware, a plus

Manager - HR (Code: HRM 05)

• Postgraduate in HR from a reputed institution, with specialization in Recruitment & Training
• Exposure to Performance Management, Team Motivation &Competency building
• 8 years of experience, of which 3 years in managerial capacity in a large organization in ITES/IT industry
